Use Daz to Unreal plugin for importing character models and clothing. Use Unreal Engine Groom Plugin for hair, you can also import Daz3D hair with it a simple google search should give you what you need.

For environments I dont recommend using Daz3D since its mostly oriented for either indoors or outdoors and most of the time an interior room wont have outside wall meshes and so on, so I would recommend using Unreal Engine Landscape Tool to create environments it will a take while to learn and get used to.

You can use indoor models like a chair or stuff like that stuff from Daz3D or you can get them at websites such as CGTrader, Turbosquid, and a bunch of other websites if you look hard enough.
I like to use Quixel Bridge/Megascans surfaces with the models I get from the internet, sometimes you need to edit them to make them look more polished.

And if you want to add buildings to your landscape check out the blender tool " "
