Unity - Completed - Exquisite Fishing [Final] [Pinky Soul]

Very shallow game.
You fish and unlock upgrades to your fishing gear, which can give you access to girls of various descriptions.
Catching the girls gives a "scene", which is really just a very short loop, and is overly pixellated so doesnt really have any detail at all.
Soundtrack is a banger though at least

I love upgrade games. I love it when there's fishing in a video game. I really love lewd games that explore unconventional genres / gameplay mechanics. This game gets me!

That being said, I think there's still even more potential in this specific idea. I hope this will inspire more people to make similar games very soon!

At first the game is aright but it quickly gets really grindy, repetitive and boring really quickly. The H scenes arent really worth the grind to get there. Everything requires so much money and getting it is pretty bland. You have to slowly dodge fishes for like 30 seconds at least to get the bottom where the good valued fishes are usually at, and thats if you didnt accidentally hit a fish and ruin that pull. Also that only for the first area, the next areas get considerably larger/ longer and that means it takes more time to get to the bottom. There is a shielded hook that can circumvent that but you arent able to collect nearly as much fish that way, and since for some reason your character tosses the fish that you hook into the air to then try to catch in a bag you barely get any fish at the end.

The quality of the meager porn scenes is not worth the amount of grinding involved. Theres no point in collecting large amounts of fish because you'll drop 90% of them when they reach the boat. Very boring gameplay loop.

I read some of the reviews. I guess I really underestimated the ridiculousness of the gameplay loop.

I got about 3 minutes in. The hooking multiple fish on one hook, and then they are somehow getting tossed into the sky and fall at different rates of speed to be caught by a net that floats slowly in the air across the entire screen? Yeah, I'm out.

It's an ok fishing game, but a bad porn game.

It's very grindy and most of the difficulty is in getting your hook down without accidentally hitting a fish. There is very little skill needed to get a particular fish or anything like that.

The porn is certainly not worth the time spent grinding. It's not terrible, but there isn't much of it and it's just not enough to make up for the rest of the experience.

Overall it's kinda ok if you have a lot of patience. But the pay off isn't great, so why bother?

It's alright, game wise it's actually quite cool, but it's so fucking grindy and every animation is so slow, like sometimes there's a time where u actually stuck inbetween 10000000000 fishes and you're just dead, even tho if you almost reach the girl.

I've been holding my dong for 2 hours just to try to catch a fish, and I bought the wrong gift.

To summarize this game by one word is Fishing.

-the end has the most cliche of cliches, for adventure games whit treasures
-some fish do not appear in fish-pedia after you capture them
-on the last sea area when gallery button is prest I get black screen and the game crushed
Even so I enjoy my self for that 4/5 stars. I whish the best for your next game.

Gameplay:
+ Fishing game. Upgrades available to improve fishing experience
+/- Money-Grind is annoying, but if you upgrade certain things first, it gets easier. Still annoying grind.
- The net, even fully upgraded, is still not good. It moves faster, but the width is still small, making you miss alot. To somehow manage a bigger catch, you also need to upgrade your hook and stuff, so you can fish more fishes in one run. More fishes means you can catch more with net.
- Gold visual bug (?). Catch history says numbers like 6k or 30k gold earned, but my actual money is barely half of it. (This seems to happen when golden fishes are involved).
- Grind-sexreward balance is bad. Sex is kind of byproduct.

Frequency of senes:
- Frequency is bad. You get scenes when you fish the girls.

Dialogues:
+ None. This is good, because this game has heavy focus on fishing/grinding.

--> All in one: The idea is interesting, but the execution is bad. The focus is heavily on fishing, sex scenes are byproduct. The grind is heavy and even upgrading stuff will only make it a little bit easier. As an adult game, it is not really worth to invest time into this. 1 of 10.

Should I give it a try?
If you like fishing games, you can try it. It is not half bad. It is very grindy, but when you upgrade wisely, you can make things easier. If you are here for the sex animation: Grab a 100%-Savefile instead of playing this.

The game isn't really worth writing home about on its own, and the porn doesn't elevate it enough to warrant a recommendation. It's not strictly bad, just forgettable and starts to overstay its welcome midway through. A few bugs, crashes, and missing quality of life issues (e.g. not being able to cancel casts) don't do it any favors in the gameplay department either. I eventually started force closing the game if I caught the wrong fish instead of having to sit through the 3+ minute long reeling phases.

The final nail for me was that the porn content lacks good integration into the game and just comes off as kind of lazy. You never really realize how important a cumshot is until it's gone I suppose.

I'd be surprised if anyone could manage to get off to the game, but it's ok as an hour-long minigame.

Overall: 3/5, reasoning? Decent gameplay and porn, but all of it is missing just a bit, keeping it from being a 4/5.

The gameplay is pretty good. My main gripes come mostly with reeling in fish when at max load, and the randomness of some of the jellyfish patterns, especially when it comes to the last stage. The spikefish that swim upwards in the big jellyfish formation is really annoying, and since for the last girl you need to use the penis lure, your basically have to restart the game unless you wanna go through 2000 meters of fish. You're never really going to need to use the penis lure during normal gameplay since by the time you've bought it, you've likely upgraded everything else at least a few times, so I don't see why id doesn't have armor like the bell-shaped lures, nor can't it drill through stone. Makes more sense for it to be the amalgam lure rather than what essentially amounts to a hard reset if you touch the wrong fish.
As for the hitboxes, pretty accurate, though I find the eel hitboxes are particularity annoying, as are the anglerfish ones, though those I encountered so little I'm not sure if I'm just imagining it or if it's the frustration of the final dive that got to me.

The animations are good! But it feels weird to 1: not have any cumming animations, and 2: not have any blowjob sounds. There are only 3 blowjob animations in the game, so I understand why they might not've been included, but it seems weird to use the normal sex sounds when they're sucking you off.

As for glitches: there's a few.
After you get grandpa's treasure, ALL of the songs overlap, meaning that the music's garbled, off-beat from eachother, and really annoying.
If you skip to 800m or below, if there's a dark area, it'll be fully lit, but if you haul them back up, everything but the player, the options and the background will be black until you close the game.
The dildo appears to be a rose. You can still capture the girls, but it's a bit disorienting.
You can't get to the Misc (and boat, according to some users) options without using your scroll wheel.
If you catch the gold variant of a fish before the normal one, it doesn't go into your encylopedia.
The nets SAY that they get bigger, but don't seem to? Might just be me not realizing the size increase.
Even if the gallery is fully unlocked, you can't always see the animations on the title screen (for example: I can't see any of the final levels' animations from the title screen.)

Not eggrgious (other than the scrolling one), and they all have simple fixes, but they do still get in the way of enjoyment sometimes.
So yeah, 3/5.

I like pixel art games, and it's nostalgia vibe everytime. And we in WATER ???

Cute little game and its pretty fun to for a casual playthrough. Don't come in expecting a lot of sexual content however. Not a game if you're lookin for a quick nut.
