So without the official notes here's my own analysis after looking inside the script:
Make a new game.
Go all the way to Day 2, pick the library.
After your dialogue with Spencer, make sure you picked "sign up". This will start up the Halloween event.
To get the bonus scene, during the Day 2 (after the halloween) make sure you either pick Richard or Dwayne. I personally picked Richard because according to the trigger file it stated "Richard Day 5 or Dwayne Day 14", go through the routes and it should appear at the end of the day when you're going to bed on those respective days. I didn't check the details about how day skips or affection interacts with this, so this is gonna take some retries.

he's making us go through THAT MANY DAYS just to see what I assume are minor bonus scenes?????
Canonically speaking both of these routes has Conrad appear. In the aforementioned days are when we first meet with him, so basically speaking.... we just literally lust at the dude in our dreams. And yes it is a minor bonus, this is a Halloween update after all so it isn't significant enough.
I'm saying this loosely because at the end of the bonus Halloween scene it mentioned about "wanting it back for more" so it is plausible that there could be future content added.... if you know are into scary nightmare horror esque part of the game.

Nope, but both Richard and Dwayne don't have "Good ending" or "Bad ending" so it doesn't matter more than to get the cgs, so just Replay the days for the different cgs and don't worry about it

Actually, would it be possible to get like... save info from someone with everything unlocked? I want to go back to a few scenes (cough) but every single one of my saves is broken, and the gallery is also completely locked again. I am Not Doing All That Again, even just skipping takes forever since I'd have to follow a guide or read enough of the scenes before choices to know what to pick.

Same here, just Chester's route not done, please. I'd like to play Chester's route myself AFTER I play Dozer's to make sure no Poli bullshit shoves itself into my route.

Honestly, the poly stuff was kinda good
I mean, these characters are written like shit anyway, and Dyne basically uses them as fuck dolls to make money. The least we can get is them fucking each other, right?
