Yes, but not recommended. It takes forever to create a simple AI image with an AMD GPU. You should buy 4060 at least.Hey Guys!

It depends what series AMD you have. There are work arounds to make things more tolerable and feasible.Hey Guys!
For instance this site provides a guide to enhance the performance on AMD GPUs but you need at least 6000 or 7000 series.

However the recommended GPU for generative AI is NVIDIA. 3060 and above is what you want to go for it's just a matter of what one finds to be a tolerable generation time. Could probably even get away with using a 2080 or 2090.
I am using a 3060 and it works just fine for SD1.5, SDXL, PONY, IllustriousXL. With gen times between 1-3 minutes depending on settings. (which I find tolerable). It's capable of running FLUX but it take 10 plus minutes for 1 image.
(For FLUX, you need a 3090 or 4090 just to be comfortable.)
