Just automatic1111 SD 1.5 locally. Do stuff on your machine and it's slow as fudge but you can make what you want.

Yo, I would highly recommend trying out Forge. It's pretty much identical to A1111 just better performance.
You can make SDXL and SD 1.5 stuff in a fraction of the time it takes on A1111.
I use it for everything I make.

Yeah, I can recommend Forge too. The pictures I make takes less than 1 minute to render.
