how do you guys pick one and play it without your mind bouncing from game to game?

That's called choice paralysis, or decision paralysis. When you have so many options that your brain completely freezes and you can't pick anything anymore.
For me it depends on what I want that particular day, then I browse by tag and pick one, usually I go for smaller file sizes. Completed games take priority for me.

Think of a few games, then find one of those

that allow you to write your own choices on the wheels, write the games you want and then play whatever the wheel decides for you.

I also look through lists made by people in the Recommendations section. Better than just browsing by tag.

For me, depends on if I want a story or to goon. What is brain? Head empty.
