I don't know... I've tried everything I could, installed Python, updated pip, py -m pip install certifi, cleared ssl state again, the date, time and region are correct...
Is there any way to hide or disable this error? Overall, the program works fine, games are updated, but this error is incredibly annoying.
as has been said multiple times in the thread, this is a problem with your system certificates, windows is a bitch and decided not to update them for whatever reason, or you didnt let windows update itself. as has been said before, run all available windows updates, follow the guide that whitevandaycare posted, if still nothing try the usual system repair with sfc and dism, and if all else fails enable insecure ssl in the sidebar.

I did all of that: ran all available Windows updates, followed the instructions posted by whitevandaycare, ran a system repair with SFC and DISM... nothing...
I will enable insecure SSL in the sidebar.

Windows 11 is fresh, reinstalled a couple of days ago. I did a reset via ‘Restore your computer to its original state’. BUT, during installation, I did Shift + F10 start ms-cxh:localonly. Now I think that maybe I did start ms-cxh:localonly too early, right after choosing the region. Could that be the reason?
