You can see this for many issues like this week Cloudflare issues or site maintenance. After you see the message it will go away and resume as normal.

their issue is with their localhost network, not internet or f95zone.

What does this mean? I do not have enough tech knowledge to understand and solve it haha.

read what it says? it tells you that most likely the issue is antivirus or filewall on your pc. something is blocking f95checker from opening a local socket on port 57095.

Not true here in Florida because of rerouting many sites are not working and I have to use VPN on them! So not true Cloudflare is totally unstable right now. They are lying about performance issues.

it literally says "F95ZONE_UNAVAILABLE" its a temporary issue. f95zone often has stability issues, too much traffic. try again in 15 minutes.

I noticed that Corrupted Love has been banned from F95 and the OP no longer exists. I have the record in the database, how does the program handle it?

It gives you the option to convert to custom game, then you can use custom tab of game to change record info (such as another site you are tracking it on, version, etc).

what are you talking about? the message you replied to is about an error with opening a local socket for RPC. nothing to do with internet. i made the damn program i know what one error is about or not. opening a local socket is LOCAL, does not go to the internet, has nothign to do with cloudflare.

It varies which game(s) fail to update. I have just archived (with 'Refresh if Archived' under 'Refresh' tab unchecked) the ones that fail until it completes, I will unarchive them in a couple days (and repeat as necessary).

edit: nevermind found the error i had a game f95 banned i just removed it and the checker works again you also can just make the game a custom one works too

I've been getting this error for just two days now, too, with banned titles. The only way to fix it is to carefully read the error text, identify the title causing the error, and remove it.
Refresh stops at every error and doesn't continue to 100%, so it's essential to remove those titles.

It didn't happen before. Of my 2,000+ records, about twenty were banned (all Dumb Koala titles), and it never caused an error, but only suggested converting to Custom. Now, however...

i want to be notified of new releases that are available to download in at least MTL not teases for games only in japanese for an indeterminate amount of time. i love surprises. especially playable surprises.

the spurious F95ZONE_UNAVAILABLE errors should be fixed now. while implementing the fixes i mentioned here

it wasnt a parsing error per se, f95zone was unavailable and having stability issues at those times, and has foir the past few days from what i see in the logs, it comes and goes. it wasnt detecting it as an f95zone error so just saying it couldnt aprse the thread. i have added 3 new f95zone types of error messages, including cloudflare and generic f95zone "will be back soon" page, so will be reported as F95ZONE_UNAVAILABLE for a while again when it happens in the future, until f95zone happens to get another type of error message.
threads that currently have a parsing error will be cleared as usual within next 6 hours, i dont have time right now to clear their errors manually.

i made a mistake, so that all f95zone "generic error" pages were considered as F95ZONE_UNAVAILABLE. when a thread is missing, it also uses the generic f95zone error page, with text like "The requested thread could not be found." and "You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action."

i have now changed it so that when a f95zone "generic error" page is detected, it grabs the error message that f95zone gave, if its one for a missing thread it works as usual giving the option to convert to a custom game, otherwise it will show an error like "F95ZONE_ERROR: <the message from f95zone>", eg "F95ZONE_ERROR: We are migrating something, be back in 5 minutes."

all threads still with F95ZONE_UNAVAILABLE will be correctly recognized as missing threads within the next 15 minutes as cache is cleared.

This program is very important to me. As a translator, I have over 2,000 titles in my database, 670 of which are in progress, while the others are completed or abandoned.
So I always need to know which titles are being updated so I can be ready to update the translation.

If instead of asking for a simple donation, you'd put it up for sale, I would have bought it anyway.
