Hey everyone,

Ever found a game on F95zone, told yourself you'd play it later, and then completely lost track of it? Wished you could keep all your favorite games in one organized, searchable, and beautiful place, right in your browser?

Your wait is over. I'm excited to introduce F95zone X-Tools, a browser extension designed to completely supercharge your F95zone experience by giving you the powerful, personal game library you've always wanted.

What is F95zone X-Tools?

At its core, F95zone X-Tools is a sophisticated library manager that integrates seamlessly with the F95zone website. It automatically scrapes game data when you add a game and keeps it updated for you. It's built for collectors, for players who want to track their progress, and for anyone who wants to bring order to their adult gaming world.

Key Features

1. A Beautiful, Modern Library

Forget bookmarks and spreadsheets. Get a rich, visual library with multiple ways to view your collection:
  • Dashboard: A quick overview of what you're currently playing, games waiting for updates, and your latest notifications.
  • Detailed Grid View: See large cards with beautiful cover art and detailed information on hover.
  • Compact Grid & List Views: Tighter views to see more games at once.
  • Kanban Board: A revolutionary way to manage your games! Drag and drop your games between columns like "Not Started," "Playing," and "Completed" to visually track your progress.

2. Powerful Filtering & Searching

Find the exact game you're in the mood for with an incredibly powerful filter system:
  • Full-Text Search: Search by title, developer, or even your own personal notes.
  • Advanced Tag Filtering: Include or exclude any official F95zone tag. You can even filter by your own custom tags!
  • Advanced Prefix Filtering: Filter by engine (Ren'Py, Unity, etc.), game status (Completed, On-Hold), or type (VN).
  • Date Limit Slider: Instantly filter for games updated in the last week, month, or year.
3. Seamless On-Site Integration

The extension feels like a native part of F95zone:
  • On-Page Controls: Buttons appear directly on game cards in the "Latest Updates" section, letting you add a game to your library, follow it for updates, or mark it as seen with a single click.
  • Thread Page Panel: When you're on a game's thread page, a clean, floating panel gives you full control. Change the game's status, give it a personal rating, add it to a collection, and sync the latest version info directly from the page.

4. Automatic Update Tracking & Notifications

Never miss an update for a game you love again.
  • Follow Games: Simply "follow" a game, and the extension's background sync will check for new versions every 30 minutes.
  • Browser Notifications: Get a desktop notification when a followed game is updated.
  • Icon Badge: See the number of unread updates directly on the extension's icon in your browser toolbar.
  • Updates Center: A dedicated "Updates" view in your library shows a full history of all new versions, so you'll never miss a thing.
5. Deep Customization & Organization

Make the library truly your own.
  • Personal Ratings: Give every game your own 1-5 star rating, completely separate from the public F95zone rating.
  • Play Statuses: Track your progress with statuses like "Playing," "Paused," "Completed," "Waiting for Update," and more.
  • Collections: Create custom collections for anything you can imagine: "Best NTR," "Favorite VNs," "Games to Play in October," etc.
  • Custom Tags & Groups: Go beyond the official tags! Create your own tags and organize them into groups in the Tag Manager.
  • Notes: Keep detailed notes for any game. The editor supports Markdown for rich text formatting.
6. Data & Statistics

For the data nerds, the extension includes:
  • Statistics Page: See beautiful charts and graphs visualizing your library. Discover your most-played engines, top 10 favorite tags, most common developers, and more.
  • Full Backup & Restore: Export your entire library, settings, and tags to a single JSON file. Perfect for backups or migrating to a new computer.
  • Automatic Backups: Configure the extension to automatically save a backup of your data weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

This is absolutely genius!!

I'd suggest moving xtools-controls into a smaller form that's clickable to expand open button options. it covers the images a bit much.

Like this extension so far.

Using firefox addon

Found 3 bugs/feature requests so far for me. Unsure if it's only me, your preview picture shows it working

You can drag and drop games to your collection folder but it only works for the first game but the second, third etc. You have to leave 'Not started' tab and return to drag and drop again.
Would be nice to mass add to a collection

What does the select button do? I can select several games, but there doesn't seem to be any function for it?

Changing the status of a game from 'Not started' to something else, doesn't remove it from the 'Not Started' status
So the 'All Games' tab counts the not started and completed version of the game

You have to change the status of another game and it will update correctly, closing the extension or updating the game you want to move to a different status does nothing.

Nevermind, it just takes a while to sync/write to your cache? If you wait a minute or two it should show you correct status

Also can't seem to add custom tags as mentioned?

No button or anything. Trying to add it through filter doesn't work either
