Patreon is the god damn joke here, there should be a fail-safe mechanism in there that prevent people from wasting their money for nothing especially when they didn't realize it, for example maybe like the artist should be atleast gave 1 active post per week or month otherwise the recurring payment will be stopped / blocked.

So, I confess, part of me just couldn't accept that this game was abandoned and I went on a bit of a mad quest searching for even the slightest morsel of information, the slightest ray of hope that the game was still being developed.
The artist "HandlessGhoul" seems to have dropped off the face of the earth. You can find old posts and art of his under his old name "DuckHuntDog" (which when searching for obviously brings up a lot of results for the Nintendo character). These include
There are references to both the ghoul and the dog on a couple of Russian sites, but poorly Google translated comments there just lead me in circles.
What I did find out though, and more on-topic to the thread, is that the
Most importantly you can see that the last time they even interacted with this project was in June 2020.
Now that doesn't necessarily mean they've not been working on it since then of course - they could've just been not committing (they didn't commit through all of 2019 either) or switched to an entirely different version control method. But I think that's the smoking gun I needed to finally give myself closure.
In another timeline we could be jerking it to Natasha getting railed by robobrains right now, but in this one we'll have to just live with the thought of what could've been ;_;7
Addendum - I didn't check the official Dvoika Games Discord because it's locked behind the Patreon paywall, so maybe there's more info there. But with what I could glean everywhere else it's dead and gone

The issue is, my friend, that all the creators of the game have disappeared and do not give answers to the world. I believe that they have been sued because there are things that exist in the normal fallout game.
Maybe they are being taken to court because of copyright. It would also be good if they still exist out there. It would be good to inform the world about the development or even about where they are.

damn game is 5 out of 5 10/10 animations are smooth graphics are pretty sounds are nice perhaps some of devs caught covid... in any case we cant do anything about higher forces that stopped development maybe someone will pick it up and finish someday... some chad fans of fallout universe...

My Bad,eventhough the tag is RPGM ( dunno why ) but after lookin at the file / folder naming, there is a hint that the game was built Using Electron Framework, its a Javascript framework for Desktop.
The same technology used to built Desktop based app such as like Signal Chat app, Visual Studio Code, atom, etc.

I would assume that either you havnt installed the run time packages for rpgm or your antivirus is blocking you for some reason?
