In the V13 residential sector, you need to check the room above the cafeteria, the next day after the spanking event, with a lust of 75 or higher.

It's strange but the character doesn't want to go there if I understood correctly that it's that door with the spanking.
I have lust above 75, but the event doesn't work. I tested it in two saves but there's no difference.

Judging by your screenshot, you are using some old version of the game. Are you sure you downloaded the latest update?
You can check the version of the game on the title screen, in the lower right corner.

every time i load a save it's debug error. and im not talking about an old version. i was literally playing an hour ago, stopped and closed the game to watch EWC playoffs and now i cant load ANY save. even the autosaves.

More specifically every save on one of the "randomised" open world tiles seems to be broken. Fully handcrafted areas such as the Vaults and the town seem to work fine.

I remember some games having issues when it's deep inside other folders, could be that. Try putting in the root folder of your hdd/ssd then launching again.

Could be corrupted files I think, download the game from another source and update again, and update your computer java version too, just in case. Since this new update is unstable it's expected for some players to get bugs, perhaps someone else or the dev can give further support if you still get the error.
In the last case you could just wait 1 week for the fixed, stable version.
