Anyone know where the dog is to complete part 2 of dog rescue Ive been to every building shady sands, at night and cant find a dog laying out anywhere inside or out [lust is 100]? is this quest incomplete or am i missing something?

IIRC, you need to go outside of Shady Sands and then to the east. The dog is trapped on an island by some monster or other.
