New post:
In summary, 40k sales reached, next project(maybe fps game? maybe short cashgrab game? no idea) should be getting worked on. Moreover free DLC in around feb-march of 2026.
Version 1.1 which should have most of its bugs fixed.
the game sells for about $18 USD per copy on Steam, which takes 30% cut. so BBQ gets about $12.60 USD x 40,000 = about $500k USD.

its likely that the game will eventually go on to surpass $1M USD gross sales or $700k net revenue to BBQ. this actually puts the game in the top 1% category.

Perfect, it’s time to refill that little conchita

BBQ said 40k total sales reached. That likely includes the 21k sales on dlsite, where the price is ~12.73$ right now due to the 10% discount, not counting any coupon usage. I have no idea what dlsite's cut is here. That 40k also likely includes sales on the Saikey store as well as Fanza, which I also have no idea about in terms of cut, or even pricing in general.

Quite frankly, his exact income is a lot harder to calculate than that, especially since we don't know what other taxation he might need to deal with over in Japan. Dunno if any of these stores take care of stuff like income taxes and whatnot for the dev.

I think there are some issues with f95.
I still saw them/could download them from my account but testing it on different browser - I couldn't see them at all either.

I tried reuploading again and again to no avail. Best I could do is adding this clunky 'view attachment' thing, save files should now be clickable text at the bottom of the guide.

I think I will call it a small victory and leave it at that. Better than not having files at all, eh.
thx man a small victory indeed xD

At this point in time we actually dont know very much, we do know that the inn content will be in the DLC since it was supposed to be in normal release but alas didn't make it. Maybe some corruption lvl 4 content? maybe not but the assets do exist so BBQ might as well make use of them. Outside that we don't really know...
Hopefully BBQ adds a few more endings(cuz imo out of the 5 currently in the game true end is... barely alright, normal end is abysmal, demon king Trina ending is good and for the 2 prince endings only the corruption 4 ending is really good at all).
I'm reaaaally not enjoying the trend of shoving unfinished main-game content into DLCs, surely they could've just patched it in like normal people? Even though the DLC will be free and its contents are still pure speculation, I think there's a high chance they'll just reuse the content that they couldn't finish in time to massively pad out the DLC content. So it'll be like 80% - things that should've been in the game and 20% - a few new CGs, which to some wouldn't be a big deal due to it still being technically "new" content. To me, it'd come across as disingenuous.

Also, this is just me being an NTR RPGM purist, but I wish BBQ would just drop whatever this newfangled type of games they're coming up with is and return to Nebel formula of 1 antagonist, 1 girl state and lots of events with interesting mechanics and a few random NPCs... instead of whatever in the grindy fawk they came up with in this game. 4 different states for Trina (out of which only 3 were finished), like 5 different antagonists and NPCs. All with meh content that you "access" through an annoyingly idiotic mechanic with an astronomical amount of bugs. Clearly it wasn't the right move.

I really hope the next game will either be a 3D shooter (so they can get it out of their system) or a return to form with a Nebel-like game, not another "my step-sister whom I'm not dating is a demon (so not NTR)" with "lets cook/synthesize/build an item that shows me what happened 5 days ago (you become an H-archeologist looking for ancient CGs)".

so the game's over now, right? Is there any world on whether the'll make another game, and what it'll be about?
There will be a DLC early next year. There will be an FPS NTR game after this one (no date yet as far as I know). There may or may not be another game before the FPS.

It's the usual corpo jargon, they have to say it like that of course. Bethesda, ubisucks, EA are all doing it.

I think you are thinking too deep in this case, while making the game they probably started many side quest even just to not "burn out" on the main story, and finished some of them, and others are just left unfinished for many reasons, now that the complex things(many flags quest, writing, an other main story line things) are done, the can put the finishing touches on the side content left behind, and calling it a DLC it's just for simplicity sake, technically an update is a dlc if it adds things and not just fixes.

for the fps I think it's 3d, this was the model in june

I'd like to think they planned out the quests/content before actually producing it.

The problem with this game isn't that there isn't enough content per-say, it's that they stretched themselves too thin with unnecessary additions like multiple awakening levels for the sister and quests that don't really lead anywhere. It overly complicates things and narrows down the number of "useful" content by however many sister levels and other flags there are, because there is content that is level specific... which forces you to replay the game multiple times and repeat the annoyingly grindy questlines each time. Or just miss it entirely.

Instead of a large amount of content that is accessible in one big chunk and is easier to manage, you are forced to chew through the smaller batches of content spread across multiple levels. It makes content feel lackluster. Spamming events (tavern, brothel, casino, guild etc.) becomes a necessity. It's an unnatural way to play. Don't get me started on the "night crawling" sections...

Not to mention, it forces them to make big changes to the same CG for different awakening levels and adds more development time. Time that could be better spent developing a more interesting system instead of a glorified CG viewer or new events that don't rely on clownworld precise flags and conditions. Honestly, I have no idea how this passed the scripting phase of development... unless they really did just wing it lol

All of that yapping is to say, I hope they look at the messy (bug related, I know it was financially successful) release of this title and realize that going big isn't always the right choice. Keep it simple, keep it contained. I know I sound like a broken record, but Nebel was extremely simple compared to this title and from what I saw it was extremely successful for what I imagine was a fraction of the headache.

Thank you

Decided to make a full guide for this one, so here we go.

Full 100% completion save files with description will also be included in the files if someone wants just those.

The guide will be separated into 6 sections:
Ending Summary/NG+ explanation, Tips and mechanic explanations, Main Quest, Side Quests, Equipment details and Save Files.

So wait. If you do lose to that cunt of a prince the first time and need to let Trina wander around at night to trigger the manor segment, doesn't that mean she will get railed by someone during her wandering (or raped by that piece of shit prince)?

Technically speaking you're able to trigger the prince content as soon as she hits lvl 2 corruption, no penetration h content related to wandering happens before she gets to corruption lvl 3 so no.
(She just absorbs gets groped and kissed and absorbs too much mana which kills the guy groping her)

But if you need to let her reach corruption level 2, that means she'll already be wandering about draining random men, right? I managed to completely bypass that prick the first time around and get the pure ending (with Trina finally mounting Lloyd before the last battle), but I want to have a shot at eviscerating the prick.

I think I found a bug in 1.0.9.
If you're redoing the gun quest in New Game+, the Lead Shot option disappears from the menu while you're doing the field testing.

I get " In Memory Crystal is an Image You cannot See" on Memory Crystal: Inescapable Temptation. And then everything goes Black. Any solution?

Try it in 1.1, maybe it is fixed there.
