What's bad about it? Imo it's great as is the acronym it's clever.
Great art style, especially like her uniform and can't wait to see her fucked in it but there is little to no content here. So, something to look forward to but no really worth the playthrough right now. Not sure if there is more content on the developer's patreon or if there is a paid version out there. Will have to look into that.

YOur question in itself is a logical fallacy . Your question literally depends on the assumption that everyone playing the game imagines themselves as cuck getting ntr'd or self identifies/places ourselves in the story at all when most of us just view ourselves as omniscient gods watching the world play out.

Fuck i forgot about that, meh i think they could get some shit to pass under the radar, the noncon restriction honestly cripple a lot of stuff now that i think about it, i have to wonder how many games i consider to suck or fail at something do it because they just can't cross those lines because of that ToS.

Based on various reactions, it honestly feels like a LOT of people forget about that, and get pissed at Azienda for things that they can't really control.
I trust them to do the best they can within those limits... but I am well aware that those limits exist and they don't want to rock the boat. Besides non-con, this also means no drugs (magica, sci-fi or otherwise), no aphrodisiacs, no mind-control or hypnosis or perception alteration or what-have-you to make sex happen. The list goes on and on. They also have to be careful with Luna's expressions during sex, because if some Patreon person thinks "this looks like she's not enjoying it so it's probably non-con", they're also fucked.
If people want that to change, and this is honestly related to their supporter base, then said supporter base would need to swap to subscribestar in numbers large enough that Azienda won't need to care about what happens on Patreon.

Well that is because like you mentioned with the expressions a lot of it depends on if anyone notices and reports it most of the time, so as long as no one who plays it cares nothing will happen, probably. I think Steam would be harder to fool but i have no idea if steam is as strict or more reasonable, I still remember that the steam version of Hangovercat's APBLU had to censor 1 ending by replacing the character's kid with a dog lol, and they did basically just in case xD
Honestly even more than the noncon restrictions (wich after some thoughts can be dodged easily by having Luna go all "is for the mission/save him") the drug stuff may be more problematic, i mean the whole plot has to do with criminals!

As far as I'm aware, the only things Steam doesn't allow is loli/shota stuff, and even when it comes to that stuff, they don't look at it too closely if it's not explicitly on their platform. Aka if you have an off-platform patch to add in the stuff for free. They mainly only care about what's sold there, most of the time.
For FUNS specifically, there's honestly a LOT of stuff that Azienda won't be able to do. Since it's a sci-fi setting, they'd have excuses to do just about anything with super-science shenanigans. Would've been fun if, for example, the bull could use hard-light projections to disguise himself as Luna's hubby to mess with her and her only realizing she's been tricked when filled with a massively bigger dick. Drugs that makes her too horny to think straight. All sorts of fun stuff really...
Also, that excuse you mentioned wouldn't work. Dub-con is explicitly not allowed either. So Luna having sex for any external reason aside for the fact that she wants to do it could be grounds for getting banned. Yes, this does mean that certain projects which I shall not name, including APBLU, were actually explicitly violating Patreon ToS. Though, admittedly, I'm not sure if said terms were this strict when they started. Blackmail counts as coercion after all. So do most other "convoluted" circumstances.
Which is why my expectations for FUNS are pretty low tbh. To make it work, they'll have to make Luna be really dumb on several levels most likely...
One question? Can we only choose the point of view of the male MC or both MCs or can we only control the female MC?

Now i am getting depressed, let just hope they say "fuck it" and try to do as much as they can subtly. That or they do convoluted methods (like emailing the links, instead of posting them on the platform, i think i have seen people dodge the censorshit this way before).

It's false positive.
You can always revert, restore and whitelist false positives with Windows Defender:
- Open Settings > Privacy & Security > Windows Security, and click the Open Windows Security button.
- Select Virus & Threat Protection and click the Protection History option below the Scan button.
- You can filter the protection history to display quarantined files using the button at the top.
- Locate the file you want to restore and select it. You can then choose the option to restore it.
