So far, we have very few choices, but if we do, it leads to seeing more scenes like the BJ Vargas sent to the mc on his phone in this update. But is there any way to slow Luna's corruption, because if we have 4 or more endings in the future, so far we have no way of slowing the corruption, thus making the different endings seem not yet planted.

Sure, if you play unlimited mode you can see Luna's thoughts but its limitted.
You can see
feeling like; angre, humiliat ....
and thoughts like; bla bla... one word or sentence
What I want to see is not just a small sentence but Luna's current situation, thoughts and feelings in detail.
For example,
How Luna was convinced to do raw bj?
Thoughts that weren't even seen on unlimited mode etc.
Or is she swallow in the end?
Did Vargas threaten her with raw sex if she didn't get raw bj? Because of lack of condoms?
Was she really plan to raw sex if hubby cant find any condoms?
We dont know yet even if we play at unlimitted mode
In short, it was the most important breaking point of the game scene was behind-the-curtains and it would be better to see it through Luna's perspective.
So I/we want to know
To be precise, there are 5 choices so far;
First is waiting nevin or not ( So Mc see vargas hug Luna)
Second is listen in the vent vargas office (Luna hj)
Thirt is going upstairs or downstairs ( Luna thigh job)
Fourth is listen to door (Luna Bj)
Fifth is text back or ignore (Luna Raw Bj Photo)

All those choice are make more awareness for mc

If you go downstairs and you see Nevin with Blonde chick, you later get an option to give him advice or not about it.
That's probably going to affect whether he'll be reliable or not to help in some future scene.

Interesting, I saw that first scene but went with MC going for Luna upstairs. That could be one of the branches where, if the MC gives advice they both become aware of things as opposed to them being clueless.
I honestly don't think any of the choices up to this point will be relevant even if there's branches.
They just don't feel like relevant and clear choices.

Vargas tells Luna to get on birth control because he doesn't plan on using condoms much longer, but it remains to be seen how long (if at all) she does that; Sophie also used condoms on Zack at the start, so when she let him go raw it was pretty much over (pregnancy ending).
There will surely be more important choices down the road, there is only one important decision up until this point that being whether kama lives or dies, we don't know yet but i would bet his death or survival will have some kind of impact on the storyline.
Yeah, and also we dont have the status image of lunas ass yet, so it seems it will be added in this episode

Like I said earlier, I'm pretty sure most of the choices have an invisible "suspicion" score linked to them, which will determine whether or not the MC figures out what's going on or remains oblivious.

Reading between the lines from the update on patreon they had no intention of giving us Luna's pov or thoughts during the nurse pounding but after seeing feedback have added it for the forthcoming update. If that's so then it's a win for the fans and great that the dev has listened to feedback. Can't wait now
I don't think that's true, in the post they talk about adding a single extra animation. I don't think they were talking about ep6 or it would have been many animations.
