Why does it have to connect to internet? Does subscribers actually get to update from version to version?

It doesn't need to connect, you can play offline. But if you are connected you get a notification in the main menu if there's a new update available. I don't think there's more other than that.

I sure hope that's the only thing it does. It was a bit strange to see a renpy game prompting that it is connecting to internet. Though, if the dev had ill intentions. They won't notify the user that it is connecting I guess.

Interesting game. But its years away before it makes sense to play it. There is just not enough content yet.
This game is right up to my alley. FMC being a ninja/assassin with infiltration. It fills up what I miss from Taimanin VNs. I wish Black Lilith didn't go full gacha game.

Limited Status and Hidden status feels like they are the same. No information will be given to the player if something happens to the heroine in both configuration aside from her feelings towards the husband.
I think it would be a good idea if there's a way to configure the status than just having 3 options. Having access to "experience" in Limited mode would be exciting, I feel like. You just suddenly see that one of her parts is raised to the next level.
I think having a "total sum" type of counter might be a good idea too. So the player has to keep track of it.

even fujino sensei copied those tropes from other games such as curse of kubel, sos, etc. also, ntr online fell off in part 2

Nice! Great Job Azienda! This looks like its getting good! I love the dynamic between Luna and Vargas hate fucks are arguably the best kind! Thats why everybody loves make up sex.
Really happy with the update, heading in a good direction. I feel like it's a good corruption pace, but close to being a bit too quick.
Game shaping up to be a very good one. The VN feel and spam ctrl is a bit annoying but the status updates are really good, I absolutely love it.

I've got high hopes for that, since there are plenty of other ladies around, and FMC has traded a favour for a service...

In Turning the Page, the FMC first sexual act was flashing her breasts, followed by giving a reluctant handjob. It took a while from there to build up slowly.
I just hope that in this game, they wrap things up better, because in their last game, it did a brilliant build up, but it took too long to wrap things up.
