Since it's not the right area, it's not an exhaustive list:
  • One of my favourite is "Nebel Geisterjäger". The gameplay is very unique and a bit complex but i like it very much.
  • All recent game made by kegani laboratory should count, the dev even use silhouette sex very often. I'm talking about game like " I'm not the leader", "Welcome to the sexy bar" or "The village targeted by barbarians". Keep in mind that in game where you can pursuit 2 girls, you generaly have to chose one and let the other get corrupted. And the older game are played with some card deck, they aren't easy to win if your goal is to save the girl. (or to understand wtf you have to do )
  • "NTR knight", which have good animation.
  • "リビド～淫・秘薬乱痴狂～" (dunno the english name) have good gameplay where you have to take attention to details but have a major downside that nearly all sex scene are the NTR one. You can still save your lover and crush the antagonist.
  • Not the best (it's all right from what i remembered) but "My Childhood friend is a vampire" does count as one.
  • "Fault - Broken Promises" It's technically one but not very interesting if you skip all the NTR scene. (you cannot skip all but at least you can avoid vaginal scene with your loved one). All in all you get no scene without NTR.
  • "Treasure オレが見つけた掛け替えのないモノ" is a good one but i dunno if it count. Your relationship with the girl slowly grow, they did a buildup here until you get in love with each other, with multiple sex scene. But the girl past return and she get stolen from you. So the MC is partially aware of what is happening, and if you empathize with him/her, it's painful to watch. Nevertheless you can save her before she is too corrupt and you can get a nice and warm ending (and multiple horrible one ^^ ).

I did take all of them i can quickly think of, without a few who where uninteresting imo. I wish i could find more but that not the point here.

I think the easiest answer is because it triggers emotions, so every player who likes NTR will have their reasons, It's not a single option, not everyone likes to see the protagonist's wife being stolen and still like the game, I don't know if you saw the movie Indecent Proposal 1993, It is entertaining and the protagonist did not enjoy the situation at all.

its basically foundation for NTR games with Male lead. Give me list this isn't the case, if its not this girl probably a slut or has lust marks like NTR Knight which really good game i was surprised how much i liked it. FMC lead games are just cheating or prostitute game

The production quality and art goes up immensely between each one of Azienda's new game releases. Which is why it pains me to see that this is once again just a kinetic novel more than anything. That has not changed since their last game.

Ironically, it was their first game, which had the lowest quality in terms of art and technical systems; that had the largest amount of player interaction and agency in it. Ever since the second game and now the third one, that aspect is almost entirely gone.

So whilst this is a beautifully polished and at times even animated slideshow, it just cannot hold my attention, for its lack of actual interactive gameplay elements and player choice. I am here to play a game, not read a comic book; as pretty as it looks.

I'm not sure if it's proper etiquette to comment on someone’s review, but I find this a bit baffling. I would also rather have something that was more of a game than a visual novel but to review a product negatively for not being something that it is not trying to be is weird. I would not give my local pizza place fewer stars for not being a mexican restaurant.

Meh I guess it's just a situational thing, local pizzeria is held by neighbours, it's a small town with families that lived there for most of a century lol, I wouldn't hate on them even if they shat on my plate.

To get back to your original post though, I think it's kind of waaaay too fucking early to give review to this game, nothing of what anyone would say now should be taken seriously, good or bad.
