You can unlock the gallery from the main menu brah. You can also enter the game starting from whatever chapter you want
They did post earlier that they were hoping to get this update out earlier than the previous one, but I suppose that didn't end up happening.

They mentioned they were ahead of schedule so added in a new feature but that has been a lot of effort to setup. Pushed it back to a more normal release day but should not affect future releases

In my experience Azienda and team have only on a handful of times delayed in delivering updates every month. Once was when a team member was unwell (one week delay) and another when they were adjusting their tier levels or something (3 days). Now they are saying the delay is about some new feature they are introducing so I'm excited! I bet they will still deliver the update before month end judging from their track record.
Given the quality of the animations, as well as the new features, I can understand why they're not as consistent this time around. The game seems to require more work, than previous ones.

Nothing aside from what they said last week, that it's something unique they haven't seen in other VNs, and that it will give more information about what's going on behind Aiden's back, which is vague enough that I guess we'll have to just wait and see.

Maybe the reason it takes to long is because they've also add this new feature in the previous episodes and i hope they did.
