Talking about AI, I think AI could be of great help here. Not to replace hand made art with AI but to make parts of the process faster/easier. The more art of the character there is the better the AI can be trained and will be more helpful. But atm devs are just terrified of having that AI tag.
Just speaking for myself, but I don't wanna live in a world where H-game devs are not terrified of having the AI tag.

Fearing the AI tag is good, I wish more devs were scared of it.

I mean, there are a few devs who have been accused of switching to AI art but not AI tag yet. AI can help simplify the workflow if they know what they are doing and not just submit prompts to it and then put the lazy made thing with errors very glaring in their game.

Well, it's understandable, since Ai tag, even if it used for some super minor stuff, will attract quite the unhinged and annoying crowd of ppl :cautious:

Not to run too far, mods even had to put a statement in this thread, what this is not Ai art in here, because of how annoying and unhinged those ppl were :HideThePain: https://f95zone.to/threads/falling-undercover-nox-syndicate-v0-06-0-azienda.252031/post-18052837

Use spoilers and different host, especially if images are heavy. Than I don't see why they would remove them.

Prev game had quite lower quality to be frank. With FUNS they kept the schedule but increased quality, that had to come at some cost , better skills only get you that far. I think they just were putting in extra time. They were experiencing explosive growth so they had motivation to do so too. It is fine to do this for few patches but in long run that is not life.
Let's be vigilant but also sensible, this is not a delay that would be a cause for concern.

AI use has always been a controversial topic with regards to art production, I believe that the reactions to it although excessive is warranted. AI art feels so stiff and lifeless and you could instantly spot one by the way it's presented; smooth and perfect but lifeless.

While there are certain artist who really make good art there's still a lot of traces of originality in there illustration which makes them unique and appealing to the viewers; to each of there own.

The main problem nowadays with AI use is that it went from the principle of "A means to an end" to a "Be all end all" mindset. AI should never replace the uniqueness of the devs art and it must only be use as a tool to further improve one's workflow.

The idea that AI automatically makes things faster is easily disproved if you ever spent anytime on the Taffy Tales thread.

Why we're talking about AI again, the previous times it was a bloodbath around here.
Sometimes we like to take a break from debating NTR to debate AI instead. It helps calm everyone down. /s

Jokes aside, if you're going to accept the inconsistency of art made with AI, might as well accept the inconcistency of multiple artists working together, and hire another artist.

Because while I love his games, the one thing that has always irked me is the shortage of art makes it more "novel" in this "visual novel" than "visuals".

I haven't seen fanart of this game from anyone but me, so whole thread will be too much, but people may sub on my twitter to check out new updates, because I plan to make much more comics
Unless I missed the post of someone tagging the fanart thread, did you ever reupload your deleted stuff?

People were starting to lose their patience in Patreon, but it also lloks like an entire comment thread got deleted. The episode 7 animation preview post was on 26 comments earlier and now it's down to 23.
" We are putting the final touches on it now. Then we will test the build, and after that it will be ready Like we wrote in the post, we are working to have it out before the end of the month. "

This was their reply on the latest comment.

If it's what I saw, it was the same person asking 4 different questions in 4 different messages, about subscription, discord link and more. They usually handle that in private afaik

It was one comment and two replies that were all along the line of "seriously, this is getting ridiculous now"

Ah a troll, or anyway harassing the dev. They said the are going to release before the end of the month, no need to pressure a dev. I wouldn't even be able to work like that

I think it's a legitimate concern.
If you've pledged $15 expecting the update to release this month and there are still no signs of it releasing or news from the dev on the last working day of the month, it's not that crazy to ask for some reassurance and ensure you won't be billed another $15.

As someone who was considering rewarding the dev for putting out such a high quality product, the idea of pledging $15 only to have my comments deleted has made me abandon the idea of ever supporting this on Patreon.

The dev wrote a post about when the game is going to be posted and replies in comments, it's not that they disappeared. They have an active discord. No reason to make it sound like they delete random posts. Stuff like "it's getting ridicolous" when they are inside the time window they said is just harassing. One thing is asking how things are going, another is being rude. Paying for something doesn’t entitle you to harass people.
