Summer Sweepers, Girlfriend Saves the City, Monster Monsoon, and Secrets of the Bastion are all finished games. Some games got extra attention and development time but none of those feel incomplete and all have endings.

I felt they could have done so much more with Saves the City, but yeah the other ones there are finished with multiple endings

idk man, impy has been pretty light hearted about the stuff in the game, there is some cucking but even the "main" character can still get some, even being seen as better from time to time.
So i guess part of the question is what makes it an impotent finding game? I also like some of the games as just games. Ones like this one or the bastion one are legitimate games with their own gameplay mechanics, tactics, and could be fun on their own.
