VN - Ren'Py - Abandoned - Family Affair [v0.122] [PandaLover]

What a refreshing unpretentious VN with plenty of action, good enough renders to fap to and some humour. Can have mom/son with the patch, doesn't change much, but for those who like the kink. It's really a kinetic novel, the only choices are whether the MC is gonna behave like an asshole or a decent bloke. Play for yourself and see. Unusual gem.

played all the weeks available in one go 1-3, its really entertaining, the game brings the options to choose to cut content /actions or relationships u dont like so it dont force on you things u are not confortable doing/picking, the only thing i dont like was near the ending of week 3, the creep who lives next door to mc family , because mc its a little shit when it comes to fights or do things in the moment when he is needed the most all the time is weak and only gets punched, u can try to man him up but at the end of the day is disgusting see him so useless to do something, so i expect u can cut the content of the neighbour like other contents previously if u dont like something.. leaving that good family affair x).

I love it. ^^ There's everything: excellent story line, great characters, top rendering, and it's sexy as hell, fun and entertaining. One of my favourite visual novels which in many aspects has no competition (lovely T girls for instance). Can't wait for more and never have enough. Thanks a lot and kudos.

First time a review had trouble reaching the word limit, because there's so little constructive to say:

Mediocre renders accompanied by terrible text, weak UI, half baked plot and every turn-off imaginable all packaged to be unavoidable

This game has some of the worst writing out of all the games I have ever played. The story and character interaction are such a total mess that I cannot even critic a specific thing because everything is just bad and weird. You spend 10 min reading while weird shit happens, then you think to yourself "WTF just happened??" then you suddenly get a sex scene

Now the visuals aren't entirely bad and there are a lot of sex scenes so I will give 1 extra star for that. But if you are looking for a good story or relateable characters or relationships that make even a lick of sense look elsewhere.

You know this game is a fuck fest but don't get me wrong it is the nice kind of.

Renders had quite a improvement over the course of the weeks up to the point that i say they are quite good now . Story is not the best one out there but it helps to get from one point to the next (or from one girl to the next...hehe). Also it is nice to see trans characters in another game, even more so in one with the incest tag (Syd and Eve are cute, Natasha is gorgeous but thick...poor Max's butt xD).

ps: Claire is hot and Jill is hotter. Blessed be Capcom when they choose their gorgeous models.

Too bad this will likely never be able to see the light on Steam (would love to add it to my collection).

from what i played, it seemed mainly just a fucking simulator, there didn't seem to be any real story to it, mc just gets to fuck whoever he wants and there doesn't seem to be much buildup. take week 1 sidney, he saves her from some dude, and she just immediately wants to fuck him. heck the whole game just seems like the MC's wet dream

very nice and interesting story.
A lot of fetishes, avoidable if you want but all nice integrated to the story

The story is slow burning in some relations and quick in some others so you are waiting for the development of MC interactions but also have fun

Not so easy to give a rating for this one...

On the minus side:
I found the environment in which the characters live unpleasant and violent and depressing. The MC is a bit obnoxious and looks like 14. The story is.. well there is not much of it, and it drags on. There is no feeling of challenge or tension or accomplishment.

On the plus side:
I found the models, in particular the facial expressions, great. Maybe not very beautiful, but attractive and interesting and original.
The LIs are interesting and reasonably relatable.
The writing, (dialogues) is fine.

So this list of pros and cons is not very convincing, but in the end I still found that I enjoyed the game quite a bit.

This game is a lot of "no" moments from me.

First yes there is sound. Usually I would consider this a really good point.
Problem is... the sound is just random music going in the background. That's not good at all. Having sound is not sufficient. It needs to relate to the scene, theme, and rythmic/pacing of the scene. So, music, but not good point for the game.

Then the visual: the girls are not really good looking. I don't know why, but their models are like low quality/definition. It's boring and a bit ugly.

Then go for the story: ... there is basically none. It's "usual college random guy" lives his fantasy, has sex with girls/trans he met 1 minute earlier, and goes to next one.

Even the "family" side of the game, with the potential for incest is just there from the beginning. There is no setup, no payoff. Almost first scene, son masturbates to mother own masturbation seance. Nobody says anything, and mom seems really okay with that.

So, bad storytelling, no tension, no setup, no good visual.

A true miss.

At first I was a bit confused. What story the game had was mostly just the bare minimum required to string a few NSFW scenes together. But then I took a step back tried to figure out what this game is actually about. I started to appreciate the cheeky humour, the way it doesn't take itself too serious, and the fact that instead of investing too much time into a mediocre and cliché-laden story like so many other games (let's face it: there aren't many first class writers working on erotic visual novels) it concentrates on the fun parts and likable characters. It also helps that I'm totally OK with trans characters, so you won't find me complaining about any of that.
Ever since, I'v been coming back for more, both action and laughs. Plus: Panda keeps churning out updates reliably. Thank you, mate!

One of the best games i ever played. Funny, diverse content, regular updates. Probably not for people who don't appreciate Trans content though. Well executed and my regular go-to.
Please continue that good work!

Panda does a good job for monthly updates, I've been following the game since week 1 and what can I say, good story, good animations and graphics, of course the game isn't for everyone maybe but you should at least try it

An excellent game, i love the mix of gender, they are so many games with no really content or good story with trans, i love how cute they are all and the story is fun. Hope you keep working on it and put more and more trans content in all way.

Genuinely fun game that doesn't take itself too seriously. Likeable characters with probably the best/cutest faces I've seen on this site. Trans content optional, but honestly would be a shame to miss out on that, very well done.

Got it mostly for the trans character and she was good, the rest was bad.

I'm not sure what I'm missing because so many reviews say that the art is great to me it was terrible. I get that the style is supposed to be "realistic" but why do most of the characters have a male face?

I do prefer the "unrealistic" style, hey it's a porn game, it's not real sooo why go with realism? But hey if you want "realism" sure fine lets see what you got(Personal Trainer was fantastic). But this takes it way beyond real and turns half of the characters into "dam that's ugly" territory. Beyond that if you're going for realism in the art-style then what's with the crazy everyone wants the mc's dick all the time, he get's laid 5 or 6 times a day story?

I probably should have gotten farther to see if it gets better but I'd only be doing it for the trans girl, couldn't care about the rest of the characters(including the MC).

Finally, stupid rant time.

I did not think I'd like this game as much as I did. I downloaded this game fully expecting it to be a pure fap fest with no substance. The game was a fap fest but the dev fully leans into that aspect of the game, and it makes the whole thing work way better. This game works great if you don't go in expecting anything.
As for the visuals, the models are great and the dev uses a lot of video game models for the characters but he's very brazen about it. The lighting is great and the scene composition is very good.
I've played a 100+ adult VN's by now, but I've only seen sex scenes this good only a handful of times and I want to commend the dev for that.
This game might not be everyone's cup of tea but the dev definitely succeeds in what he set out to do.

A okay game that is let down by the writing. Good if you like girls with dicks, not so good if you like a quality plot to go along with it. Not sure there's much else to say, just average. 3/5, 3/4 at most.

This is my first review, because i'm a bit annoyed. This game is nice and simple, very interesting. You can count this as pro (there is not much of a story , very little).
I have no problem with trans/futa content, i wouldn't be playing this game otherwise. I like it actually. But there is too much of it, its like 80% trans content, and 20% of the rest, you literally get to fuck the trans all the time if you follow that path. Which is kinda annoying, i wished there was more regular/hetero content
