Keep doing scenes with mom. I think its a random chance. Try the scene at the time of the stream with mom. Instead the stream. I got some this way

Same here, stuck at endurance training
edit: it got resolved. I had the 30k quest also stuck, all I had to do was look at the account balance and the game moved on. Completed all quests on this version.
