Tbh, as short as this is and with how many bugs there are, this wasn't ready for release.
Solid premise. It's cliché, but it's a good cliché.
Add chastity and this will be a hard "yes" for me.

A couple minor gripes:
-Borders around links are misleading. Either make these into buttons or remove them. I kept instinctively clicking within the borders, which does nothing, instead of on the text itself and it makes the whole experience feel clunky.
-It's sometimes hard to tell if something's bugged or just yet to be added. Click the "special event" button and it says you're getting prepared with no way to progress. I just assume this is yet to be implemented and back out. Similar issue with watching porn. Not sure if broken or just not implemented.

Which countries?

One example would be Australia. A few years ago, a bloke (early 20s) was convicted of incest for having sex with his foster sister. So I would assume step would also count as incest here.
I also think he should've been done for sex with a minor, not incest, since she was only 12 or 13 at the time.

Tbf looks really lazy. You know the games that on the most important release - the first one - look like 0 fucks was given while developing? That's one of them.
Like we are playing male protagonist but after 15 minutes of playing all the gifs were only girls, and all different. Imo better no images then bad\nonsense ones.
Skipping time is pain. You also can't just go to your room and call it a day until it's midnight.
Overall images are just lowrez abomination of various different models and sites thrown together without second thought.
So the "game" is very raw.
I would say skip at least 2-3 more releases and if game won't be abandoned still - then give it a try.

Not sure if you tried the game before the release, but besides the already mentioned missing porn content on the laptop and the nowhere leading link on "Mastrubate to Porn", you can't get past the evening of day 4. How to progress to the night or sleep?

The "Check quests" in the laptop state:

Go to your Kenna's room in the night.
Hint: Living room for time advancement.

Besides the fact that the phrasing is wrong ("Go to your Kenna's room in the night."), it doesn't matter how often I try to enter the living room, time doesn't get advanced and I'm stuck on Monday evening and the special room remains closed.

Therefore currently this is simply not playable and shouldn't have been published.

This isnt incest.

That depends on which Legal Region the viewer resides in, because some regions include non-blood relative types like "Step" and "Adopted" in the definition of what legally counts as an incestuous relationship.
