I think the most recent Ci-En update confirms that the game's basically finished. We need a final scene and it's done.

Well we have terena's end. There is other two girls ending. Also there will be sub events. And I heard that Takeda wanted to hire VAs for voice in his game. I am not if will get a release of the full game soon. But I hope I am wrong.

For the 100000 time:
This "game" is a demo of the BBP game. Takeda is still making scenes for the game. Is completed because the demo is complete; and is onhold because the game still is not ready full.
There are a lot more scenes to see in the full game; we know this because Takeda himself have shared the pics and videos who are going to be in the game.

Here are all the cgs so far, the trial version ends with Rietta blowjob in the confessional. From there on, they are not part of the trial version but will be in the game. Watch them at your own risk since the link contains spoilers.
Takeda makes videos of the later scenes not implemented in the trial version, which users compile and translate, in a thread posted by the user above. For the videos, look for user marnaby, and for the subtitles, look for user robus77.
Use the search engine or read and you will find the content. They usually ignore questions that have been answered like 200 times and believe me, any questions you may have have already been answered in the thread.
