So basically just keep doing the feast in the North?(I already did) And then build my feast hall? (It currently says that it is not available...)

I try it deep, and its some mess in your save. North girls didnt come to your camp yet. I did some quest in your game play, but still there arent any hints. You need probably fresh start.
