Seeking Fantasy Games in the vein of Coceter Chronicles

My title is pretty vague, but what I'm really looking for is something to rival Coceter Chronicles. I'm not the biggest fan of RPGM but I'll play them if they're that good. I would prefer 3d, most of the 2D games I've browsed seem a little too intense for my blood. I really like all the time Coceter spent on worldbuilding and setting up its lore. Anything that has similar models to the tainted form or the alcurians are also welcome, though I'm a story geek, so story first.

Damn, I knew you were a big enough fan that I was sure you might have something... Playing Zoe's temptations now... its nowhere near as good. But its a fine distraction.

Yeah, I really fuck with Zoe's Temptation a lot. Nowhere near as good though, but there are so many quest to do once you have access to all worlds which is great.

I really understand not being a huge fan of RPGM games but there are a lot of great ones out there simply because how much world building and side quests they allow. I've been on a Renpy binge lately though because I started finding nothing but trash RPGM

I'm thinking to get anything close to Coceter we'll have to wait for the devs next project unfortunately.

Some of the games Heaven Studios has planned for the Alansya Chronicles could maybe come close but they're years from being made as well.

Kingdom of Deception is probably the closest I've seen to the world building/storytelling, although the character models definitely aren't the same if that's what you're looking for

I've looked at the screens for KoD and I can't help but think It's overkill. I might still give it a try, but meh. I was planning on making a fantasy game myself in the future before Croceter, but after, and having looked for more, I'm definitely going to... Croceter shouldn't stand on its own like that.

and I could see KoD seeming like overkill from some screens. But its written really well. There can be some grindy elements that are a little off putting at first but definitely no more than your average dating sim. I like it so much because pretty much everything you do matters, and its really political, as far as maintaining a certain image to manage your alliances, etc. I guess not really like Coceter but one of the higher tier fantasy games out there.

And sorry to derail your forum even further but I'm about to play My Summer with Mom & Sis because I seen the sister character model and her tits are amazing. One of the biggest think they stuck with me in Coceter were the small tits too, the character model for Lily and the futa are some of my favorite of any game. You know any games with similar character models?

You came to the right person for that last kink. MSwM&S is more of a grind sim, but the sis did have content, and I played it for the same reasons. The little sister, Mia, from View of Family is probably my favorite face in any game, and she's got herself a cute handful. Chloe18 has some grind to it, because it uses personal stats like fitness, and charm, so you do end up repeating a lot of actions, but the TITular Chloe has a nice little chest. Both of the little sister's friends, and the little sister herself, in Sisterly Lust also fit the bill. There was a short little Kinetic Novel will a girl that also fits, called Coming of Age. You've likely heard my praises for I Love Daddy, a million times, the title character is the exact same model as Tabitha, minus the horns and tail, but the friend Cath, and her Cousin have smaller breasts.

If you don't mind Honey Select, both A Perverted Family, and Family Values feature some small chested characters who I really like as well. I'm pretty critical of Honey Select myself, but both games have good models in spite of the apparent handicaps of the format.

My own first game isn't something I wanna drag out forever. I'm thinking 6 releases tops, and I've always got story ideas. So I'll definitely have something after I finish it... I'm going to reach out to Flamecito who did I Love Daddy and see if he'd be interested in continuing the story, because I have a great idea for a game based on one of the better endings. If that doesn't happen (which it may not because he's from puerto rico and already had to stall his own game after all that's happened) or if I does and I finish that, I kinda already have a good idea for a fantasy involving an MC who is the result of an incubus impregnating his/or her mother, so I have ideas.

Its a shame about Puerto Rico, for humanitarian reasons, but also for my selfish desires because I recently played Its a New World Out There only to find out it was on-hold because of Flamecito's situation, and I really enjoyed that game and see a shit ton of potential in it. I do hope its a lot longer than I Love Daddy, even though its length was part of its charm.

Agree with you completely on most honey selects hahaha. Corruption for instance... fucking creepy. Max's life looks like it was made around the time of FF8, in the angular way the faces are. But the two I mentioned, A Perverted Family and Family Values managed to do something good with it. APF actually managed to make them look like they aren't asian and FV managed to make them look cute.

With I Love Daddy the way his branching system works you'll never meet the cousin if Cath doesn't move in. There's a reason for that, but its a spoiler for the ending I want to make a sequel for so I can't tell you. The "walktrhough" for the game actually has a little wiki making it easy to quickly play through other endings if you want to see more.

From what I've heard, his current project is just on hold. He's keeping people updated as to his situation via patreon, so it doesn't seem like he'll abandon it. If it ends up playing as well as ILD I'll definitely like it.

I'll be sure to let you know when my game drops, it'll be a few months, but I think you'll like the female mc

Damn, thanks a lot for letting me know. I may be unsuccessful but I'm going to try to hold out for at least one more update, I get so into it that I hate to see it end. I also have to replay cause I deleted my saves and I'd hate to get tired of one of the best games there is.

I had to replay because the auto save at the end didn't work and the save I wanted to play from didn't have a recent backup. It seems like he had to remove the bestiality... not that I really mind, not my thing, but still. Do you know if the Aurora questline is broken or just unfinished?
