everything seems to be running fine so it might be a system problem

are you running the game through wine/proton on a Linux based OS? you could be missing the font on your system that the configuration menu uses. install Arial via winetricks/Protontricks and see if that works

BepinEx creates the config files after you Launch the game once. If they are not there then BepinEx isnt running when you launched the game, Make sure you placed the files correctly and there are no error logs inside your game directory. BepInEx can error out if your game's directory path has special characters such as a different language or if it is absurdly long and nestled in multiple folders. if you do have the config files make sure you are looking at the right one.

I mean the cheat menu and the game.exe have a different name, could that be what triggers it, because last time i used the game and the cheat menu it worked fine, but now with the new computer i have i seem to be having trouble now.

you might be using an old version of the mod that didnt have it's own config for setting up the keybind. you'll have to go into "com.bepis.bepinex.configurationmanager.cfg" to change Show config manager = F1 if that is the case

send me your "Game Folder > BepInEx > LogOutput.log" if there is still problems

Are the two .dll files missing in the "Game Folder/Bepinex/plugins" folder? An antivirus might be quarantining them if they are missing

if they are there then send me your "Game Folder > BepInEx > LogOutput.log"

where exactly does it tell you 0 plugins because it looks like it is loading the plugins correctly. is the menu not appearing when you press f1?

you are changing the wrong file "FapNights.Cheats.cfg" has an override setting with the same name. change that one instead

BepInEx didnt create a LogOutput.log or any cfg files after downloading and running the game.

that means BepInEx didn't run when you launched the game. make sure you have placed it in the correct spot and there are no error logs inside your game directory, besides that i cant really help you with BepInEx installation problems
