From the appearance alone, it's kinda meh and I literally mean just the presentation. It basically looks like a Word document with a picture and a hyperlink to take you to another Word document. However, there's a surprising amount of content here, and I'm always a sucker for Fate content. My only big gripe is I hope the grammar and English gets cleaned up a bit. I can understand right now, seeing as it's basically a fresh release, but I really hope that later on I won't have to read something like "Fallow her". If the presentation gets fancied up too, I'd be pretty happy, but my main gripe is the English and grammar.
