Pretty sure there's no option for that, I checked the image files and they only have the one variant with a few exceptions, so they either have them or don't for the game, with the body hair variant mostly being limited to Cgs from the Fantia account.

Hmm... Maybe with the finalized release of the completed game, he'll include the option for hair. It feels weird for him to go through the effort of making the alts, but never making use of them...

Can we make an official translation request for this game considering how popular it is? Or are there regulation issues with this series?
