Thanks to all the uncensor and guide comments in the thread this is a 2 star instead of a 1 star lol. It's still MTL so not great, and the gameplay is pretty boring. You just select interaction options from a menu and watch the animation associated. She occasionally says something that you usually can't read because the translation is too slow and the text clears from screen too fast. The preggo ending is cool but you won't feel any reward from it since you just got it by basically doing nothing at all.
