While I'm not really into incest, it is a genre that is explored in a lot of these visual novels/games. For me, I always look for games that are romantic, story-rich, and also small breasts if possible. During the search, one is bound to come across games such as DMD, Avalon(which, with the reactivated incest content, makes way more sense), Sisterly Lust, and Parental Love.
Onto my "favourites"....... I haven't really played very many of this genre, but below are the three I've enjoyed playing:
DMD - One of my favourite VN's is Melody, and while searching for a good game to play, DMD just kept popping up as having a high rating. Plus, it's by the same creator of Melody. Funny thing is that DMD's main girl has huge boobs, but I didn't actually mind that, and besides, there was Elena(my favourite girl from DMD). This game got me loosened up in terms of how I felt about incest as a genre, so that I'd be more open to try other games like it. So this would be the very first blatantly incest game that I ever played. Also, I've so far only played the non-pregnancy and non-anal routes. That's just me.
Sisterly Lust - But only the Romantic Bella route, because I am just not into the alternative. Bella via the romantic route is so sweet and loving. I liked the story line, and how the MC and the good characters overcome their problems. At times some of their methods seemed a bit questionable, but I could let that bit slide. At first I thought my favourite character would be Rachel based on my preference toward small breasts, but Bella ended up winning my heart, go figure. I had also initially accepted Alina's advances, but as the story progressed, her submissive kink scenes got too much for me, so I ended up going back to the first Alina encounter just so I could turn her down. As with DMD, I've so far only played the non-pregnancy path. Again, that's just how I roll.
Avalon - Avalon is overall a very good game in my opinion, despite some aspects of the story raising a few eyebrows in others from what I have gathered. I prefer to just take the story at face value and allow myself to enjoy the whole experience. In this game, there's a character Leah whose default relation to the MC is a "friend". But as the story progresses, this begins to make less sense. Much better to have Leah a relative of the MC of some kind. I personally started out having her as the MC's "friend", but then changed her to a half-sister at a later point, and the story seemed to unfold in a much more coherent manner.

As for Parental Love, I really wanted to like this one more than I did. Actually, I didn't really like how the game turned out overall. I couldn't really find the MC likeable. I also had difficulty liking Elly. I think the game had some really interesting ideas, such as the whole Sofi story arc and other situations involving various antagonists, but the way that the MC would go on to deal with these issues didn't seem that mature. But that's me. I didn't really feel comfortable playing this one.
