I've seen this game being regularly updated but the low ratings kept me from trying it. A recent positive review and some spare time made me hope that, maybe, the game wasn't that bad after all and the dev had fixed over time all the bad things the players pointed out in their reviews ... Well, as of v0.63, I can tell you that nope, this game is trash and doesn't deserve more than 1 star.

It is bugged, poorly-written, unpleasant to explore and grindy as fuck (and that comes from someone who has spent over 1800 hours in Warframe). The whole "seduction" part of the game consists in clicking a hundred times on the same button, over a week worth of ingame time (not exagerating). Sometimes, some events will throw sex scenes at you, but it is so poorly executed ... Don't be surprised if a woman you've barely talked to suddenly goes down on you, it's just character development. Oh, and don't be surprised ifyou can't reproduce that later because the game tells you she doesn't like you enough.

This game consists in clicking a hundred times on the same button to view a GIF but the worst thing is that these buttons don't even work ... Sometimes, you'll have to click several times on the same button before something happens on your screen. Some buttons will overlap and some buttons will appear as clickable but won't do any fucking thing. I played the game on the latest version of Chrome btw so don't tell me the problem comes from me.

When your game is about clicking buttons ad nauseam, you better make sure those damn buttons are clickable. I thought we had figured button clicking since the first Macintosh in 1984 but apparently the big brains behind SluttyStar have a different take on computer programming and history.

I usually do not make reviews. (Take a look at my account) but i had to make for this one. I have never in my life experienced such a terrible game.
The game is a fucking mess from the start to finish (If you could even play the game to finish)

There is so many bugs that, banging your head into a cactus would be more enjoyable than setting your foot in this maze of a game, EVEN with a walkthrough that the dev has made it still doesn't matter since when you follow it, Nothing.. Not a SINGLE thing happens. You just stuck scratching your head.
Just be glad that a walkthrough exist because without it you would be completely lost. The Hints are soo vague that i have a easier time winning the lottery than finishing a single quest.

After 2 hours trying to finish ONE of the girls quest (Angela's quest) i fucking gave up because 2 of her dialogues were missing the funny thing is a found the same problem a year ago (2020) so the bug is probably still there so i didnt even want to try the other routes.
So instead of following the walkthrough i cheated my stats and hers and then i can fuck her pussy and nut inside her ass but i could give her a damn kiss.

if anybody have done or can do the quest. PM me and i can retract my statement but until that happens

This game went from being pretty bad to being actually good. Lot's of bugs were fixed and the grinding insn't as bad as it once was. There's also a bunch of scenes to find. Beware that towards the end of the content the bugs accumlate and some quests can be impossible to complete.
I'm starting to feel hopeful for this one.

The game's pacing is so weird and abrupt - characters sometimes barely want to flirt/interact with you and then suddenly you start groping them in gifs or can immediately fuck them.

The interface , bugs aside, is actually fine and looks neat. The stat-grind feels more tedious and less rewarding than in other games. Game is updated pretty regularly but usually with very minor changes. I really want to like the game but end up frustrated every time i download a new version.

Not exactly terrible but it feels like development of this game has been stagnating. The base mechanics of the game are cool, but aren't really fleshed out or fully utilized (especially classroom stats, they basically functionally do nothing besides fulfill reqs)

If you want to be bored for a few hours, then this is the game for you. The whole premise, starts as interesting and then, in half an hour you really don't care what the story is as you navigate through the mind numbing grind. The pacing is terrible, the gameplay repetitive in the extreme, the navigation is pretty crap, as is the inventory system and the progression hints in the character screen are pretty dire to. I came back after a few updates but its not really any better. The only saving grace is the actual porn, which is well implimented into the "story".

Best role-playing game I've played here. The open world simulation is perfect, the actresses very well chosen, good mechanics at the end results in a dynamic and very entertaining game with many things to do. I give it 5 stars.

Nice effort on creating a good-looking game, but story and characters are soooo generic I got bored in less than an hour. Not only the female characters are almost indistinguishable, they look almost exactly the same prototype of woman. I feel like there's so much work in the aesthetic part, but oh boy, the story and development is terrible...

I came back to this game after a long time just to be dissapointed again.
Not only are old bugs not fixed but there are new ones also.
The game requires a huge grind unless you cheat.
The "walkthrough" is absolutely terrible.
There are too many basic errors in sentence structures.
There is some good content and framework which gives it the 2nd star but it is almost unplayable in this state

Hello, are you confident enough in a game that has a high chance of sending you back to the tutorial AND softlocking you there any time you look at the stat or quest page? if no then just immediatly avoid this game. If yes then read on and decide then. But your answer should really be no here.

The game feels very tedious and stupidly designed. To improve relations with other characters you just find a moment you can talk with them and then spam the correctly tiered chat option spending 1 stamina each time out of your pool that maxes at a 100. You also gotta do this by scrolling far down on the page.

The waste of time by the existence of if this process as well as the lack of a repeat button to just get on with it really doesn't help

also prepare to script a command to do the 5 various "chores" that will slowly increase your stats. These chores are limited to being done once a day so you cannot accelerate stat gain or try focus. Just put it on a daily todolist and spend a mind numbing 20-30 clicks going through the motions

Did I mention that looking at your stat or quest has a random chance to send you back to the tutorial and softlock you there while at it? no?

I wanna almost wanna rate it 1/5 but there is some actual effort in the image gathering so theres that.

Started with too much prospect and to be honest I thought it would be a great game. It didn't end up like that. Too many bugs, missions that do not trigger properly etc. Really disappointed on the outcome.

was thinking about how to rate it and you know, comparatively, id say it is an above average game and i think i can safely go for 4 stars

-sufficient amount of content for main npcs.
-visuals are consistent. (not random clips for chosen npcs. apart from some scenes where random clips work fine)
-good looking UI and backgrounds.
-ingame tips.
-external pdf walkthrough (WIP). which is a must as some ingame tips are too vague. (lets say about 25%; and it consumes your time unless you find answers in the game thread) to be noted, some notable qsp games (as well as 3dr sandboxes) dont have ingame tips at all and without walkthroughs i would probably fail to play such.


subjective/debatable
-white text on psychedelic pink background is kinda dubious decision if you want me to read. also it is often separated in a weird/unnecessary way. font size could have been bigger as well.
-datesimy grind, that is, stats and scores to raise via some repetitive actions . why is that a problem? htmls are ez to cheat. (stamina, grades, relationships, all that)
-writing. tbh i almost never read. (i get general understanding from tips, hyperlinks-options and visuals) i think most sbx players dont care about vn-side.
-some scenes lack visuals. that is unfortunate for non-readers (not implying visuals non-existant caz of incorrect path where you can clearly see a 'placeholder' ; there are text-only scenes which should have xxx vids either due to analogy or common sense ; some non-lewd vids would also be nice to have for example during quest interactions & dialogues)
-minor routes/quests' variations. hopefully there were only several of thos but imo it is never a good idea for sandboxes. though there is an item 'magic ball' which provides some hints on how things could turn out.
-save restoration system is of not much help. if any. will anyone figure out what to pick?


qol omittions
-no arrow back button. it requires using a monthly patreon cheatcode
(however usually ppl post it in the thread. also it is not hard to activate it with known f95 apps or changing one line of code)
-no emergency exit button (will help to escape from some char menus instead of spamming back arrows)
-no sleep until next day option (to avoid spamming 'take a nap' or to skip mostly uneventful weekends)
-inconsistent time spending when navigating throughout locations
-no time skipping option in ui. (neither forward nor backward) it is managable to play without it but far from being comfy
(occasionally options allow to skip forward, like taking a nap, tutoring or waiting for npc during certain quest tasks)


minuses - buggy behaviour
regarding main quest chains i had issues with lexi , naomi & fiona. either with quests or with tips (or with both). number of bugs may increase towards EoC of new versions.
(!)seems that dev cannot fix all that once and for all and imo that is how the game gets trashy 1-2 star ratings as ppl are kinda getting tired of all that)

i also ran into some issues unrelated to main quests (thus of no importance):
-some loop with clara and girls party. (was it xmas related? no idea if can be started/completed)
-cannot get a task from clara (to raise qualification)

This game had a really promising play style , nice real porn arts, gif, and characters selected, but the HUGE main ISSUE its this one, ITS FULL OF BUGGED AND LOOPED QUEST so you can't make progress with character stoyline, also the Character Card its really useless sometimes, since isnt very clear what you should do, i mean if you dont go all the way and focus on one character, if you forget something and check the card the info its usless... and not only that, like i said, sometimes a BUG and a LOOP EVENT pop up and dont let you progress.....
What its really annoying its the follow up thing, they said in every single update "BUG FIX" so you play it again from 0 point, or use your save, and the BUG its still there... since Version 0.20 the same BUG keep showing up over and over, and im not talking about only ONE BUG , it had and i warn any new players LOT OF IT so if you pick them by mistake, waste and maybe you cant continue your story progress of what youre tracking cuz its really a huge problem that at this date of version 0.50 ... its still not fixed, you have been warned about it,

I've tried this game multiple times and on different versions as they've gotten updated, and not once did I actually think this game was going anywhere with it's plot or getting better.

It is a bug ridden, incohesive at times, mess that does not have enough content for any of the characters that actually interest me.

The developer is not fixing the bugs, those reviews are lying. If he is, then I haven't seen anything fixed at all so far. If anything, all I see are more with every update.

I don't know who will like this game, but after hours of playing I can say that there are much better games of this genre. VERY bad

Its one of the best games I've tired. Especially after bug fixes!

I appreaciate the shear amount of content in the game. Some might complain there is way to much downlload but I see it as a total positive. Fyi a compressied version is also provided. If you are looking for a short game just to finish, this is not place.The narrative is staight forward enough with a decent rate of progession in the story.

Honestly not a bad game. Really hope that Slutty Star keeps up the development!

I've been following the game for a long time, I decided to write a review when the save system was added. Interesting game. The plot is big, the text is very interesting. 8-10 hours of play. Some of the characters were not completely revealed, I would like more scenes with Angela, but there are other storylines. In addition to the plot, the game has a hidden thought that attracts me very much! I'm looking forward to more interactivity in the game... Love it

If grinding is your turn on then play this game. You will play for hours, get nowhere and see all the bugs you could ever want.

Like so many before have said, it has potential. BUT I don’t think it will ever reach that potential. It’s a bummer.

Don't waste your time. The game is a massive bug filled mess which is borderline unplayable. The dev keeps updating it with bug fixes and "New quests" but each update just seems to introduce you to new characters despite the fact that you can only actually have sex with maybe 25% of the ones already in the game.
