Well the family members are going to look similar and to be fair all of Glassfish, ScarlettAnn's, and Jay-Marvel's drawings resemble each other quite a lot with only minor differences. It is not common to see characters from the same artist that look entirely different, because you often use the same art style for all your drawings. Sometimes you'll see such, but not often. Doki Doki Literature Club actually does this, but I haven't seen it that often used in low budget productions.
If someone is drawing the characters in their own game on their own and they don't have other people in their staff, then to save time, they might use a pre-established rendering and alter it enough to have different characters.
But to be fair, they just all look like the same ethnicity, except for the Hispanic/Brazilian Cleaning Lady. Only the mother and sister have almost exactly the same face structure, but since that can be an inherited feature, who to say it would not be expected. The mother and sister from Summertime Saga look almost identical to each other as well.
I don't think many people care so long as the sex scenes are worth watching or engaging into.
Age of consent is 13 in Japan. But you know it is a touchy subject, we might hurt people's feelings if we told them these were nothing but pixels that at a distance resemble a person.
It is like if we saw clouds in the image of a 6 year old girl getting butt pounded by an obese man. I wonder how they would respond if they saw such a thing. Or what if they were eating cereal and saw pieces of the cereal cluster together to create this image of a six year old boy getting butt raped by an elderly woman in a strap-on. I can imagine one of the moderators or random people who complain about pedophilia just chucking the bowl of cereal at a wall or in case of the clouds, they would scream out "Solar Eclipse" hoping that would divert anyone away from looking up at the sky. Instead it would fail, you have school children looking up at nature's porn. LMFAO!

Addressed to the maker of the game if he or she wishes to read this post:
What I would like to address is that this game is keenly about sex. So the vast majority of the game should be about sex. So there is a great deal or gap of sexual conduct in the game. I mean this with other games as well. I know this is the alpha stage of the game. However, I want to note that ff you are playing a game in which its core foundation is fucking people and you are spending more than 10 minutes playing said game without fucking someone or at least something sexual in nature going on, then you might turn people away from your game because of the lack of the essential core element of the game.
So...the minigame where you are going through said maze to get the Queen's dildo, which she never uses on you or anyone else. Those certain death scenes could be altered so you can watch yourself go through some hilarious death sex scenes, like the spikes going through your ass and fucking you before they go through your skull. I know it is not everyone's cup of tea, but it would add to the dissatisfaction or perhaps satisfaction of certain people who may find the game more appealing to them either as something to avoid or something to watch. And as for the walking suit of armor, why cannot that be the Queen who is doing that and she literally tries to rape you if she catches you, I mean more than just blowjobbing you for your success. Or it could be Ghost Guards and you literally get raped by them, but I am not so keen people want to see that. I mean if they are female or perhaps futanari, then I am sure not everyone will object. Then again, male on male action will be satisfying to those who are into such as well. So I don't think that subject really matters unless it matters for you.
