The game took place in your apartment where your childhood friend visits you after 10ish years. Was a isometric view of your apartment where you could interact with your friend in each room. Had a couple of costumes with specific events. I think it was a japanese made game but it had an official english release/translation. Came out a few years ago. Can't remember if it was a pixel game or 2D
