Seeking Female MC with meaningful choice

I am a big fan of female MC games but I feel that far too many have a very limited amount of actual choice or agency. The player often has two options, the bad choice which lets you see the subsequent lewd scene or the good choice which skips it. Good choices throughout the game just end story lines without providing any alternative content. (see games like Anna Exciting Affection, Elena's Life, Lily of the valley etc.)

I am looking for female MC games where your choices and user input are not simply the option of seeing or foregoing content. Games I have played that I think fall in this category would include Good Girl Gone Bad, Our Red String, Third Crisis, Uni, and Kingdom of Deception. I would love any other suggests, thanks!

Lust Campus has a lot of promise for an early game. OathBreaker is also pretty good if you like fantasy elements. Love and Sex Second Base gives quite a few options though the Female MC isn't developed nearly as much as the male MC
