Identify Female Protag game where you're a princess who makes choices for her kingdom and being trained by one of her servants

the graphics for the game were 8bit older looking, but super stylized. Been looking around for it here forever. I found it a couple times and could never find it again

Oh, and when you made choices, you choose an element with it along with levelling up certain elements and combining them. You usually make these choices with your chambermaid in your bedroom.

There are a few games like this where you corrupt a princess as her second, like Fallen Princess Lucia (rule 7 violation?) and there are a handfull of others, some slightly different like Melty's Quest.
