and last, but not least, visually visible in changes (standing CGs, sprites, cross-section view, etc).
A bit of bonus if there are costume changes or even some sorts of body modification mechanics .
Some examples of what kind of pregnancy mechanics that I'm looking for are similar or even more like these games:
I want to include Dragon Conquista, and its predecessor, but they are more of soft mechanic which only triggers in certain event despite you able to impregnate and fertilize the female protag. You just only able to see the results and not an actual mechanic.
