Well there are few games with corruption system... something like Detective Girl of the Steam City, publisher Clymenia implements such system into their games so maybe you can try those out? Or also Knights of Messiah, Doujin Circle Gyu's games are also somewhat like that.

Now this is assuming NTR is acceptable btw, many of their games have NTR in the story or is solely for NTR
