The Coecter Chronicles has lots of this, and Healslut has one relationship like this. This is my favorite thing and let me tell you it's hard to find good games of it (except for Japanese ones or sidescrollers).

The two best side scrolling games are Flower Fairy and Flower Witch (they are also Japanese, but animated sex scenes).
I'd also add Castle Nayla is a game where a Futanari protagonist dominates or is dominated by female or sometimes other futanari. Not exactly the same, but might be good enough for you.
