Not sure if this is a thing. But I haven’t really seen it in any games I’ve played. Does anyone know of any female protagonist games where to do to the story, bad ends, or otherwise the protagonist is forced into marrying the bad guys or a bad guy?

I can't think of anything exactly like that, but SKA has an arc where what's supposed to be a sham wedding puts a curse on her so she partially falls in love with the scumbag and has to do "marital duties" frequently. It's not a Game Over, just something optional that can provide big stat buffs while also increasing Corruption through repeated H-scenes.
Kubel ending C has MC secretly marrying her rapist and blackmailer, though it's voluntary after a lot of corruption and cheating.
