Like the title says i want a game where you play as a female protagonist and when you lose you get raped or just fucked. I perfer if the game is finished but beggars can't be choosers. Thanks in advance.

Well, my question is, how much time do you have? There are darn many of those, but a few of the translated ones would be Virgin Island, Treasure Hunter Mai, Ariadne, Arms Devicer, Makina and the City of Ruins.
There are a few more translated, and a crapton more untranslated ones out there. So if any of those fit, and they probably will as they are close enough to Melty's Quest, then rejoice, if you havent played all the others yet, because theres a lot for you to play.

I know this post is old but but if you don’t mind a bit a guro “Seed of the Dead” does this if you allow any of your female companions fully complete their “dying state”. If you’re willing to play the full game you can unlock CG mode which will give you all unlockable scenes without you having to trial and error them to get the scenes you’d prefer. It took roughly three hours on normal mode, so I’d imagine easy would cut that time in half and no, I don’t believe the difficulty affects wether or not you get CG mode.

Ryona, as I understand it, has a broader meaning of just being abusive. It doesn't necessarily mean that failure is involved--for instance, there was an old VIP RPG (no idea if I'm using that nomenclature right) that had a bunch of ryona attacks during combat.

I dunno how much of this you get in Western games or those games that do end up being translated. It is pretty common in Japanese female-protagonist games.

Am I the only one that's annoyed how tame most 'rape' games are at the moment?
It seems most devs use it simply as a lazy device to add smut to the game, because as soon as the cock goes in the female character turns into a dribbling, moaning meat sock completely devoid of any personality (See Midnight Ride as a recent example (and the 'rape' scene is more coercion than actually rape)).
I go by the saying "It's not rape if you enjoy it".
It seems rare that games today explore the emotional and physically trauma of it, whereas ten years ago you had games like Violated Heroine (and even with that most of the content is tame (like the miner's gangrape: her reaction amounts to 'well that happened' (compare it to the Onsen or Drunk Waitress scenes)) and requires the PC to have lewd stats).
Despair Labyrinth, the Xenoscourge series, and (a rare male protag rapist) Elysium (shame it was never finished).
And there was a lot of Ryona games as well, like RyonaRPG and the fighting one by the same group (they fought raping manta rays), Nightmare Sphere, Nanocrisis & Hounds of the Blade.
There's not many recent examples I can think of aside from JSK's flash games (recent releases aren't translated, most of the earlier ones are (see thread on ULMF), Dungeons & Prisoners, Maiden Snow Eve, Virgin Island, Fallen Empire, Lilitales & LiliPalace.
Maybe Wings of Roldea (although this also suffers from the MC having no personality in the fucking, she was already devoid of personality beforehand), and The Holy Grail of Alharan and Prizna the Puppeteer (wish the MC of this was more... womanly) made by the same group as WoR.

What I really like is a strong powerful female MC, like a warrior or superheroine, that remains feisty even as she's being violated.
She'll kick, punch, spit, and curse until eventually she's gangbanged in every hole long enough she breaks down sobbing, and doesn't turn into a moaning cum dumpster (body betrayal like forced orgasms is where I draw the line, but even this is usually done quite poorly now).
So if anyone knows anything that fits the bill and I haven't mentioned above, I'm all ears.

Also I completely forgot to mention Sogna's Viper V16: Rise and Viper RSR (the game my avatar is from, although that's more of a NTR game I guess as the female character is defeated in a cutscene instead of the main game IIRC)
