Steam doesn't block games with AI art, it just requires disclosure from the developers what part of their game was made with AI, so people can decide for themselves if they want to buy it or not.

Probably your anti-virus flagged that dll as (false?) positive and blocked the access. If this is the case then downloading the game again may help, provided the anti-virus doesn't throw a hissy fit the second time. Or you can check the list of threats in your anti-virus software and add the game as exception.
Very promising so far. The first scene was one of the hottest things I've seen in a long time and for once the voice acting wasn't cringy and actually added to the experience. Unfortunately this set the standard right away, so the following scenes felt lackluster after it. Hopefully they will all be animated in the full version.
Also, for some constructive criticism: there are some common visual novel QoL features missing, such as rollback, being able to progress by pressing space/enter, being able to hide the UI and save whenever you wish that really detract from the experience, so hopefully these will get addressed later. For example, I missed Bella's scene and apparently I'd have to replay the entire game to get it afterwards, unless I missed something.
The artstyle and visuals in general are really good, though. I really like it whenever devs put in the effort to make their game look unique and have its own style instead of just going with the Renpy defaults.

I can extract the file but i have to skip this file because it keeps having an error which allows me to open the game but i cant do anything because it infinitely loads on this screen, and the game wont open if i don't extract it because then it pops up an error saying it couldn't locate the UnityPlayer.dll and reinstalling doesn't help its just rinse and repeat. :/
