Why does the protag have such big tits? I know Sal(tonight's biggest loser) calls himself a bear but the art of him on the bed clearly shows that his waist is thinner than his shoulders. He seems built like a bodybuilder except the G-cup tits someone welded on.

Also, why is he surprised that Holly is a dude when he literally looked directly at his dick hours earlier?
