Do you know any other game like Shadow over Blackmore where male chastity is optional and your choice has an impact on the encounters you have? For example some choices in SoB lead you not wearing a chastity belt and getting "attacked" by females assassins who will drain you or some shit like that.

Nothing is Forever has a bit of that. There are different scenes with several LIs depending if MC is wearing or not a chastity cage. The game however is a more realistic, slow burn VN, quite different in approach than TSoB.

Usually games with this kink are all about losing some sort of battle and getting a scene that's effectively a game over or bad ending.
I'd like a game with this kink where the content is actually part of the story.
Also hopefully no "weird" fetishes such as humiliation with foot worship, farts or whatever else we often find in these games.

If you're looking for a combat game then try "Solas City Heroes", you can pick your character's gender, the gender of your enemies, and whether they are dominant and submissive in their sex attacks. Losing just results in being captured, getting raped by your enemies and needing to escape.
If you just want your character to get raped, try "Get Violated By EVERY Girl You Encounter RPG"

In this game you can lose, but the result is not as catastrophic as described.

The creator is preparing an update where defeats have repercussions in the story, giving weight to decisions.
As for the fetishes, they are not so "weird" and could even be a vanilla obsession for those who are curious about Femdom.

xD sorry, In that case, the truth is, I don't know any, at least with those characteristics.
Most are endings or will have wierd fetishes it just the more you limit yourself the less of a game that you described you get.

I've played it. It's barebones, the plot and dialogues are pretty nonsensical. There are short h scenes: facesitting and urination so far. Weird thing is that the MC loses consciousness after every scene and has to be carried to the hospital (even if there's no one to carry him). Maybe it'll be a fun game in the future, but atm is too early to tell.
