I think the list is great. People have different tastes and opinions on what is a quality game. It's best that there is a detailed list with many games and there is a shortlist of top games separately
I do not remember all the specifics, but it's the quest where you have a date with Jacklyn. If you wear a collar and stockings, you get an option to let her fuck you which results in a pegging scene. You can just search for "femdom" for that; the idea of the list initially was to help find quality games that get correctly tagged femdom or incorrectly tagged femdom as a way to hoodwink the audience into supporting their games. I am lately finding the line of what qualifies now getting more and more blurred, but having a "top" of the list does actually help.
Well, the list does provide some hints as to how much femdom content you can actually expect to see in a game. However, it is true, that this list is bloated with games where femdom content may be limited to a single scene concealed behind tons of unavoidable maledom/vanilla content.
