I don't know if the relationships in Boring Days qualify as healthy, but they are a major reason I consider it one of my favorites. The MC'S relationship with his wife, his maid, his secretary and all the other girls was the main selling point.Why would anyone give a flying fuck about things like "healthy relationships" in a porn game?

Well Lezdom is one type of femdom, however farting has zero appeal to me, so that game is a pass imo.
I jumped into conclusions, it might be just furry femdom with female MC, those ladies might be straight after all.

It doesn't get too "hardcore" but there's some amount of ballbusting(both consentual and non-consentual), caging, teasing, edging, sexual domination and sexual intimidation, which I thought was all done very well. There are more "hardcore" games, like Karlson's Gambit, but most of them missed the mark for me. They tend to focus on aspects of femdom that just didn't appeal or make sense to me. A lot of those games also tend to be very light on the ballbusting, so for this game to have those scenes, even as a game that doesn't explicitly qualify itself as a femdom game, is very nice.Don't need either of those

I have to agree, what's there is well done and the game is overall very well executed. I'm still conflicted about it, while I am enjoying it, it doesn't quite strike the balance between world/character building and kinky stuff for me. KG for example has better balance IMO, but that's all very subjective and depends what you're looking for. I wouldn't put it number 1 spot for femdom specifically, I'm actually more intrigued by the whole exhibitionism route atm.

I would probably call this "total lack of care about opinions of people 'below their station' and being liberated from social stigma", rather than "exhibitionism". The latter term usually implies getting turned on from being watched by others in "indecent" situations, but the Karlsson ladies simply do not seem to give a flying fuck either way. They are simply treating those they consider beneath them as "property" or "inanimate objects"... I mean, who would be embarrassed or excited (or feel anything at all for that matter) about getting naked in front of a chair or a cupboard? Or even in front of a dog or a cat? Crazy, right!?
