I played this...a couple years ago I think. There is an archetype system and its quite grindy. You can get your mom's personality to be "dommy mommy" and it has a lot of potential, and admittedly I really liked what was there but I wished there was way more.
The problem is later on in the thread, dev was getting a lot of flak from haters, so he said that the dommy mommy arc was almost done and said there was a reversal archetype in the future. AFAIK, he never planned or said anything about exapanding on the dommy mommy archetype and unfortunately you can't just leave her there, not without missing a lot of content.
Also there was a couple characters who showed they could've been really great at femdom and you can see where it "might've been" but as I said, the dev kinda got redirected and that potential turned into the characters becoming complete subs themselves (your sister and I think her friend)
All in all though, the game is interesting and was fun to play, the archetype system is super novel. But femdom is extremely limited and minor. It's there, but only enough to get you really into it and wanting more before it shifts gears.
I'm kinda pissed (also I played it, week 3 is pretty good on the femdom front, also because of how its made, you can just skip the first two weeks with filling out questionnaire). I can't really recommend it though, because I bought on steam (all 3 weeks), and week 3 didn't release with all endings, only like 6 out of 19 were released. A few days ago they put 2 more endings in, I suspect that's the update you're linking, the thing is that's paid DLC.
So we got an incomplete game (that won't complete it either), they are charging DLC which is scummy, but okay, business move...but the thing is those endings are also supposed to be something from patreons got. It's such a mess and frankly I have no desire to play it at least until all the endings are in the game properly, regardless of how hot the femdom is.

Just super cute normally and tries to hide it away, but goes all out in the bedroom.

That was the deal breaker for me when it came to Roundscape Adorevia, if you play as the male MC 95% of the very common futa's can't top him. Don't dangle that stuff in front of me if it's just for show.
Actually, I personally expect Lydia's ending to go hard, but that's kinda subjective. At the very least, if she doesn't go big on the NTR and cucking, I think its safe to write that dev off completely for false advertising

If you're still interested, beside the games that have already been recommended to you, I've also been playing Shadow over Meridia lately - it's only lezdom thus far and focused on mind control, but it's a fantasy setting and MC is bent on world domination, including of a powerful male emperor who seems to also use mind control magic, so I think there might be a couple femdom scenes with MC and the emperor (and potentially a couple other male characters you subdue) in later releases. Anyway, MC is dominant, but also feminine, seductive and charming, Fionne, her main LI, is even more dominant and assertive, and overall it's a great game if you can master (and are not too annoyed by) the strategy battles. The dev is French and there are grammar mistakes here and there, but overall I found the writing quite good and immersive, and especially if you also like lezdom you should give this little gem a try! The dev also updates the game quite often and is very open to feedback and criticism.
Let me just say: if I were to pick the low-hanging fruit, of a type of game I know I'm likely to be able to see made, I'd answer s1ck_dev 's question the same way a few others have, that I'd want to a woman in a weaker position of power slowly turn the tables, until there's a complete and utter reversal. (I still have yet to see this done well since TEW... Boring Days is FAR from "complete and utter reversal", and in the first place, the male lead never truly had much power over the maid in the first place. Mistress vs Slave was a drag to play, with a awkward narrative style that focused too much on politics. Submissive Roman route from Sanguine Rose also had a narrative style I didn't find sexy.)

I just called it an "ideal" because the caveat is that the writer has to be quite good to pull off this kind of plot in a game. They also have to be consistent, depict likable characters, and have a style that's sexy... at least, for me to be likely to enjoy it. It's like what baxtus said about Moving Down (note: I haven't played it, so this isn't meant to be a comment on that game): even if a situation is your ideal, it has to be done right.
On a side note, yeah, I'm definitely paying attention to that game, if/when you end up finding the chance to make progress on it.

I think I might quite like Choukyou M Ecstasy based on your short plot summary, but yeah, I'm not big on Japanese machine-translated games and I would hope to see a proper translated version before trying it out. (remember when we had that short exchange earlier this year when I said I find Chinese MTL far more understandable, partly because I speak some Mandarin so I occasionally catch on to the original meaning if the machine translation is literal and comes off weird in English? Chinese requires plenty of things to be deduced from context, but it doesn't have honorifics, gendered nouns, and plenty of the other elements that absolutely bamboozle translation AIs that other languages do, whereas I think Japanese is basically even harder to machine translate - at least that's my impression due to how little I could get from MTL Japanese VNs like Msize's "Koi to xx no femdom")
As for the ideal I described in that post, I am aware one needs good writing skills to pull it off in a captivating and engrossing manner, which is perhaps why I dallied for so long with my game. I have a decent amount of confidence in my writing skills, but sometimes I just feel like the ideal/fantasy, as well the intricate universe I've already envisioned for the game, deserve better, so basically out of perfectionism I sometimes rewrite narration/dialogues/thought monologues, or just discard ideas entirely on account of them "not being good enough", even though they're certainly above the industry standard for porn games so to speak.
If you want, I could share with you an existing buid in a DM - it's untouched in quite a long time, and it's essetially a ren'py text game without assets at the moment, (with more than a dozen choices and several branching paths) but who knows? Maybe hearing feedback (either criticism and/or encouragement/praise) from a genuine femdom lover with good takes/media analysis such as yourself is exactly what I need to trigger my creativity again and get back to working on it! (and even if it's not, I'd love to hear your thoughts on the setting/story/characters etc, so do let me know if you'd like to try it out )
One of the biggest obstacles I've encountered thus far is learning rendering in DAZ studio, as I could get some of the basics pretty quickly but there's a lot to learn, and actually for the prologue I would only need a luxury horse-drawn carriage interior with couches/sofas on either side, (plus 3 character models - MC and 2 female characters - and a couple items they would use) and believe it or not there's none to be found on the whole DAZ store, and there's no way I'm good enough to render one myself! (it also doesn't help that the English language is dumb and has no distinct word for what I need, as "carriage" can also mean "train carriage", and synonyms like "coach" or "mail" also mean other things themselves, so it's a real pain to search for horse-drawn carriage interiors... )
I think it'd honestly be much easier if I could just find an artist who also likes femdom and would agree to work with me on this project, as I'd be willing to give them a decent cut of the donations/support for the game, because their help would allow me to focus mainly on the writing (and on coding). Alas, I have no idea where to start looking nor know any porn game artists myself, so it would also be appreciated (and potentially expedite the process of this project becoming a real game) if you, or anyone else here, could point me in the right direction!
