Before I go on to the special category voting, I want to give shout outs to the following games. I would have mentioned these games in my honourable mentions for game of the year but for different reasons didn't:
Cyberfuck dolls: The game surprised me with the quality of femdom scenes. Femdom may not be the focus of the game but the lore of the game is such that, there is room for a lot if content for all sorts of fetishes. If you like humiliation femdom scenes, I recommend playing this just for the femdom scenes. You just need to finish the intro and you'll understand what to do to access the femdom scenes. I would have added this in my honourable mentions if I played it before I made that post.
Kidnapped by the mistress: This might be one of the underrated femdom game of the year. It seems to have gone under the radar for almost everyone but it's got a pretty wide variety of fetishes. The ending scenes feel a bit rushed however. Like with keepers series, i think the art style chased people away. It escaped my mind while writing my honourable mentions which is why it isn't there.

3. Shadow Over Blackmore: I'll be honest I didn't know what to expect for the lore of this game until I played the latest update. Until this update, it was all just a big mysterious vibe without any answers. The update finally answered a couple of the questions and revealed the main objective to the game while giving a couple more questions. I'm looking forward to how it goes.
2. IT'S A TIE BETWEEN:
i) Keepers 2 (and thereby keepers 1 cuz the lore carries through from there): This is a series in a fantasy setting with a wide variety of races which opens up scope for a lot of very creative scenes. The dev actually has the main outline of the series planned and at the end of each update, we get a sneak peak at the dialogue further along the story. I think the dev even has a couple more games planned but I'm not sure.
ii) Nothing is Forever: I don't think there's anything new to add here. Everyone's heard about how it is praised for femdom content in a realistic setting with a lot of scope for branching.
1. Karlsson's Gambit: The sheer variety of meaningful branches and routes along with mysteries make it the number 1 here. I think everyone here already knows that though.

i) Club Detention: This game had a murder mystery case which was solved by playing as a a defending lawyers with minigames like we do in Ace attorney. This occurence is the very first and only instance I found of this in adult games.
ii) Void of Deviance: The ambition of the game is extremely big. So big that I think it won't finish but it's innovative cuz of the sheer amount of mistresses in the game and each mistress has 4 different routes: Worship, Romance, Hatred and I forgot the name of the last one but I think something like slavery.
2. New life in submission: There's a lot of ToT-like games and most don't go anywhere close to how good ToT was. Hell most feel like a useless grind to play with little pay-off but this took the ToT settings and mixed it with school life with femdom dating sim elements. I already described this one in my first post.
1. Karlsson's Gambit: The amount of meaningful choices, routes and branches is unheard of femdom games. Combine that with plenty of mistresses and this easily takes the number one spot.

Nothing is Forever (well written more realistic story than most femdom games, with several deep and interesting LIs, consequential choices and occasional philosophical or chess-related lore dumps - only reason I'm not putting it higher is the fact that the story is a bit mundane and slice-of-lifey at times)

2. Shadow over Meridia (great mind-control focused lezdom game, with political intrigue and the story of a young mage girl attempting to subdue the world in a fantasy setting that takes itself seriously - reminds me quite a bit of "Mistress vs Slave")

1. The Shadow over Blackmore (great plot setup, intricate story with factional rivalries and political infighting between various gynarchist factions that are part of the same witch coven, immersive horror/eerie mystery atmosphere, strong VtM: Bloodlines vibes for any fellow kindred )

II. Best femdom scene:

3. Tie between A New Life in Beijing (final scene where you serve breakfast in bed to Mistress Jiang, massage and worship her feet) and The Shadow over Blackmore (Bellatrix's long BDSM session with MC at the end of day 3; also liked the Smoking human ashtray scene with Mina and her girlfriend at the afterwork party on day 2, but Mister_M would probably smoke me Cosa Nostra-style if I included that, so I'll have to pass on it... )

This category probably gives me the most trouble, as I didn't feel there were many games that did too innovative/unique concepts or storylines as of late, so I'll leave top spot blank

3. Femdom Wife Game - Zoe, for I guess trying to be a realistic 3D femdom relationship simulator, complete with decent-sounding AI voices and lots of events with an emphasis on chastity and cunnilingus - the concept was done before in Japanese games like Escalation!, but not as a 3D exploration game, and there might be other games that copied its concept like I will obey you Mistress! 1 and 2, but I haven't played those and they came after it

2. The Shadow over Blackmore (for it's unorthodox, older adventure game UI, room investigation scenes that gave me flashbacks of hard-as-hell point and click games like "Syberia" where you'd have to investigate and combine items, sans the insane difficulty part, plus for weaving horror/lovecraftian themes and Vampire: the Masquerade-like factional politics in a dedicated femdom narrative)

Femdom Game of the Year:​

First I'd like to give honorable mentions to:

- Boring Days (the slow progression from a rich businessman to your maid's, wife's and Belinda's slave is quite enjoyable, the writing is decent and it's well put together for an HTML game - losses points for lots of grind, as well as rather small and slow updates)

- Neuvau (what bothers me the most about it is the short chapters and rare updates, but otherwise it has a couple of smoking hot mistresses and some nice, albeit short, femdom scenes)

-Femdom University 0 (Too much grind and resource management for my liking, withough any characters that really stood out to me, but a good game by Sallia Coel nonetheless)

-Giant Guardians (undoubtedly the best and most content-rich Giantess game out there - a shame about half of its giantesses do not act dominant in the least, and that there are so many of them some updates are irrelevant for femdom lovers. Nonetheless, Nixmay finally got an update recently, and so did Sheina, who also has some light femdom scenes)

-The Minimum Project (A refreshing/light-hearted school setting giantess game, where MC is shrinked, not the other way around, with plenty of femdom content especially related to feet, pussy worship and swallowing/digestion - Maria, the main antagonist, is also a very sadistic and dominant bully and, if you're into giantess femdom, you'll almost certainly love her scenes and bratty arrogant demeanor!)

- A New Life in Submission (much has already been said about it - I despise its campus outdoors music, the really loud track which hits you when you exit Leah's room, and I wasn't at any point amazed by its art or story, but it is nonetheless a good femdom game and I'm glad it wasn't abandoned! )

-Reina's Desire (new game with lots of potential and several hot LIs that either already do or will likely have femdom content - might squeeze into my top 5 for next year depending on where it goes from here)

- Karlsson's Gambit (one of the biggest and most intricate Ren'Py AVNs out there, with lots of branching paths and care put into its development, but honestly I'd like to give smaller creators the spotlight - I'm aware it's a far more complex and scene-rich game than many that did make my top 5, but I always found the plot a bit convoluted, the game too porn-scene heavy, often with side characters that aren't really fleshed out and I could barely care about, and never enjoyed it as a femdom experience and story as much as the top 5 or even most of my other honorable mentions, so that's why it doesn't belong in my top 5! Felt I had to justify myself for this one... )

- Slave U (Taco's best femdom game in my opinion, with 2 very different yet loveable mistresses as LIs, Akame and Mei. The story is not too engrossing, but the game has beautiful renders, a pretty wide variety of fetishes and in my opinion better and more consistent dominant female characters than Second Class)

10. New Beijing day 8 (This game is actually back! It wrongly received the abandoned tag, as it got an update this July and the dev claims to be still working on it. It's made by Banished, the same dev who made Harshville eons ago, and I strongly recommend it to anyone who is into lezdom and Asian mistresses! It's very much a humiliation game like Femdom U, but imo hotter and far less grindy. It's also more linear and feet-centric, but the main theme is certainly MC's poverty and humiliation. Don't play it if anti-white racism puts you off or if you dislike nonsensical alternate histories branching off from our reality in ww2! This game is basically what idiots like Johnny Harris think irl China is actually like, but with a hot lezdom twist on top!)

9. Dominant Witches (great somewhat whimsical, fun and wholesome femdom game in a fantasy world - graphics remind me of a modded Skyrim quite a bit, and there are several very beautiful mistresses in it, including the real Leah, not the boyish-looking one from ANLIS! )

8. Seeds of Chaos (well written dark fantasy game with several deep and interesting characters with femdom content, like Jezera, Cliohna, Shaya etc. Only a bit unfortunate that the main story progresses at a snail's pace and that there hasn't been much femdom in the latest updates)

7. MironHFG's The Renaissance (doesn't have much femdom content in it thus far, but it's already looking like a great sequel to Moving Down which in my opinion is likely to surpass it and will feature a lot of hard femdom in the later updates, so it will probably make my top 5 for next year)

6. Katalist (One of the best ToT-inspired games, with great atmosphere, an intriguing plot and several hot succubi and other female characters to submit to, with a plethora of fetishes from spitting to findom to pissing, boot and foot worship. The only reason it narrowly misses my top 5 is that I didn't enjoy as much the content from the latest updates)

Added links to the 2 lesser known games I've thrown into this list so anyone interested can look them up! And now that we're done with my special mentions, here's the top 5 itself!

My TOP 5:​

5th: The Queendom of Lithzena (Another one of the better ToT-inspired games out there with plenty of unique lore and potential, as well as a dev that listens to feedback and provides frequent updates, and some less common fetishes like puppy play)

4th: Shadow Over Meridia(Mind control-focused fantasy lezdom game. At the core it's a strategy RPG with erotic scenes interspersed between missions as another user put it recently on this thread, but it's well written, I like the lore of the world and the way MC slowly builds up her forces and rises in prominence with her mind control abilities, as well as several of MC's victory/defeat scenes over various foes, especially the pussy worship, mental domination and enslavement to Queen Lilliane bad ending in the latest update. This game is more than it appears to be on a cursory look, and as a bonus the dev is a really nice person that listens to feedback and is very active and dilligent in both answering questions on the thread and releasing updates!)

3rd: Moving Down (Miron HFG's first completed femdom game - a game almost as long and complex as Karlsson's gambit, with a lot of femdom scenes, including lots of furniture play and cunnilingus, as well as unique methods of bodily torture, social humiliation, chastity, scat and many other kinks, but at its core a disturbing dark femdom narrative like few others. Not for everyone, but imo the best finished femdom game of this year by a long shot, and a great psychological narrative of descent into submission, despair and endless humiliation at the hands of several dominant women in MC's life, starting from a vanilla relationship in a pretty realistic setting - thinking back on it, probably I should've also nominated it in the "Most innovative femdom games section" for the very unorthodox ways in which it tortures or humiliates MC, so I'll have it tied for 3rd place with the Femdom Wife game in that category as well)

2nd: Nothing is Forever (A great game with many branching paths, slowburn romance and at least a couple femdom scenes, some of them very well done, with almost every single female LI in the game. It's aiming for a far more realistic setting than most porn games, does an excellent job with flashing out its characters and giving them a coherent personality regardless of MC's personality choices, which can vary strongly in 4 directions and lead to content anywhere from maledom to vanilla and femdom. The narrative it builds is compelling and captivating, and every scene/kink is not just skippable, but avoidable)

1st: The Shadow Over Blackmore (Has to be my best femdom game of the year, especially with my bias for "World of Darkness" and well thought-through horror narratives that feel eerily realistic. I love the atmosphere it builds and maintains through both the art and soundtrack, the horror and psycological teams it tackles, the way you get tiny glimpses of the bigger picture through "insights" but the wider gameworld stays shorouded in questions and unconfortable misteries, and I think it is Darktoz's Magnum Opus. I also appreciate the ability to toggle futa content completely off or severly reduce it at the start of the game, the fact that most sidequests tell you which kinks they explore before you start them and I like both the diversity of fetishes, including stuff like smoking and spitting or asphyxiation bondage to name a few rarer ones, and many of the mistresses MC can submit or will have a chance to submit to in future updates, like Vivienne. There's lots of lore and passion crammed into those 3 in-game days!)

Lezdom certainly! And female-on-futa domination (either via pegging, cock trampling or heel/needle insertion, ballbusting, or whichever way you prefer) would also be hot, but that's a clear no from me to futa-on-female or futa-on-futa. Obviously, it's your decision, but I would say that you could achieve less repetitive scenes if you focused on learning more about erotic writing and making longer scenes that are more descriptive and have more dialogue between the domme and the sub, or a slower relationship progression, instead of just "switching genres".
