Well, beside this one in Karsons Gambit with certain choices you can get some scenes, nothing too extreme for now like in void of deviance, or Miron games, they have violence. In general there not too many games with thisThank you. I have played this one

I don't usually share info or spoilers from the devs I support on Patreon, but I think I can share this tidbit about Alterlife's dev's issue with Patreon since it's a broader problem:
"I've tried to resolve the issue, I've reached out to support several times, but they still haven't told me what the problem is and instead just sent me a bunch of automated responses. [...] My account was and still is suspended which basically means I can't earn any money, but even when it was "only" restricted I couldn't withdraw either. So everything I've earned from your donations in the last year or so is still held hostage by Patreon and that's becoming a problem for me, because assets aren't cheap and I'm at the point where I can no longer afford to support the game myself.
I'm very sorry about this, but if the situation is not resolved, then I will have to make more cuts in the new update, which will be specifically related to [...], and maybe even more things will be affected by this."

The writing has been on the wall for a long time about Patreon imo. It's the reason I went straight to Subscribestar Adult myself. Patreon is huge, and people making weird porn games like myself don't matter that much to them. I do understand the allure of Patreon though, it has a lot more users, but it's a gamble. If they suddenly decide they don't like you, you're fucked.
It not abandoned just woulnt able to br updated as much with the devs issues it het that tag only when no update for ages

What do you want from a lezdom game and how much of a lezdom focus does there have to be? Here's some wild, generic suggestions:
Lost in Laminate is really good. I'd advise playing it once to get a grasp of the world and the storyline. But you can also just enter the dev console and enter "Gloss" to skip to the later content directly. You'll probably like the "Slave to Isabella" path.
Madams Maid is rather short but unique (Unity game). It's rather tame but 100% lezdom focused.
Ladykiller in a bind Go with "The President" in the evenings. Rather down to earth. Femdom is not the focus however.
Mahou Shoujo Luna's Misfortunes is more of a classic Japanese action "lose to see heroine get forced into things" game, but the scenes happen during and are part of the combat. It has a lot of bosses and scenes focusing on bondage, discipline, sadism, masochism, tease and denial and forced orgasms. Replays and flow are a bit clunky cuz RPGM.
You can try Missy if you don't mind run-of-the-mill RPGM gameplay and gel with the setting and vibe of the game.
