Yea the boss seems weird, but that was the same with FD2. There is some weird stuff but it was skipable, I hope FD3 has a skip feature. Agreed on the vacuum bed thing, great scene.

Tried my hand at bypassing the code, no luck so far. I only get a black screen (though music is playing like it's in the menu).
At the very least I have attached a version(for fd3 beta 1) to 1. anonymize ip logging, 2.remove the expiration date, and 3. an attempt at code bypass.
It doesn't work for me and probably wont work for anyone else. If there is someone that is good at C#/unity then it seems fairly simple.

Guys, there's nothing new in this beta 2. Everything there is has already been published in individual scenes. Buy access for 20 euros on Patreon this month and you'll get the game for free—it's already out for a 35 euro subscription.

Yes, current supporters. If you supported in the past you can't even view that post. He's not going to comb back years for prior supporters to manually send out keys and he has no system in place to send them to Patreon subs.

Well, as far as I'm concerned, those who paid him $50, $35, or $20 have every right to keep the game and not give him any more money. Even if the game gets updated, these people have already paid that much. And demanding more money from them for an update is extortion.
The guy just needs to continue to release the game on Steam. None of this key nonsense that the game industry abandoned 15 years ago. The only thing I own with this level of archaic DRM is Riddick Escape from Dark Athena that had a key login server requirement for steam. Which because the IP rights have changed so many times and is no longer considered financially viable to keep the activation servers on are turned off, so if you don't pirate an exe to remove the server requirement completely nukes the game from ever being replayed which I want to do because the steam deck makes a lot of older games way more viable to play. Just release on Steam with normal DRM and ignore the pirates.

Hello, I'm encountering a rather strange problem on FDM beta 1 (I couldn't find beta 2). I've successfully replaced the Assembly-CSharp file to enable password protection, but I only get the game music and no image. I didn't have this problem before. Has anyone found a solution to work around this issue? Also, I'm wondering if it's possible to add subtitles for non-English speakers. Thanks in advance.
I'm also waiting for the final version to be released, but I'm afraid the black screen problem will persist in that version as well.
